Worst app ever..... They have no phone number to reach anyone at, when you call it literally takes you through a couple options then it hangs up on you so you have to message through the app and their representatives... lets just say they are complicated And they are false advertising when they say your money is FDIC insured

Majority will take money from your external accounts even after you have unlinked them and cancelled your membership. I cancelled my membership several days before the renewal date and i unlinked my external bank account and they still took $5 from my external bank account. It may only be $5 but they had no right to take it and i will be disputing the charge through my bank (that charges NO monthly fees).
Thieves!! Majority closed my account without explanation and without notice--no letter, no phone call--and attempted to steal the $1,500 in my account. I needed to jump through hoops and endure their terrible customer support which do not seem to have any knowledge in order to get my money back. Watch out, or they may take your money, too! I've seen that others are having their accounts robbed, as well. The promises of the service are great, but the company seems either innept or malicious..
I lost the whole card somewhere ,when in the first time m I try this card like magic for me,no hard time and the physical card came only 4 days after I apply....save my life just in the right time thanks Axiom
This stupid app debited my bank account without actually loading my funds for transfer like it was supposed to. Customer service was very slow to respond, and gave no helpful explaination when I did manage to contact a rep. I made it clear to her that this was a time-sensitive emergency issue, she just texted me back to casually announce that my money wouldn't be returned for "3-5 business days" -- over a holiday weekend, no less!
Straight no BS app and program with incredible user interface!! Besides the "banking" bundle which I currently don't have a need for, it is bar none, one of the best per minute offers to call Nigeria where majority of the phone numbers are Cell anyway! So having same great price for Cell and landline is a big WIN. Still a lot of periodic call drops! Guess the App owners have little to control in network stability! $5 monthly fee is ok and worth it!
This app is ridiculous!! There is absolutely no communication with anyone relating to customer service at all. These three bubbles are at the top of the screen with three different 'apparent ' customer service people with a statement that reads will get back to you in 2 hours. I had reservation at a hotel booked and canceled the same day within 30mins minutes. I'm sorry booked canceled a d refunded all within a 25mon time frame. Poor services, workers are not properly trained of what the company is capable of doing or not, I received mail that my $300 has been refunded, until now money has not been credited to my account. Headaches, why do you need to make transfer of money first from your bank to majority account before services. I used WorldRemit and sendwave without any need to contact their customer services for refund or any help. It could be a great app if there is better management of services and customers.
I got one question, how do you take the screen lock off and use a password it dosent give me am option in the app and I cant find how on my phone settings
This is the worst bank that could have possibly opened. So many things wrong with this app and the bank itself. I thought that using this bank for my personal use( play money) would be great. But i was totally wrong. First the app is not great.There was an incident with me trying to check my balance and I couldnt access my account. Trying to call or email is impossible. Email it takes them 2 days to get back 2 you. Go with a reputable Bank.
so far so good I can use my card to pay bills, use the app to send money and you can also you can make calls. I can get my money two days before I get paid... I can add money almost anywhere
Everything is great. Except for Customer Service, they take their time to reply back to your questions. But I would definitely recommend this Mobile Banking option.
It's the best scam simulator you can find. there is no way you can withdraw your money easily. the customer service gives you around to try to keep your money. to close the account, you need 0 balance but not an option to clean your balance without entering sensitive information. the membership fee comes in the first week of opening the account. you can only transfer money to another majority member. in resume. I dont recommend unles you love headache.
My account was blocked without reason, no sure if I will be able to get my money back. I got a short message telling my account was temporarily blocked...30 days is temporary??? No solution yet
Everything is perfect about them we just need them to upgrade the limit more

awful app. i made an account, started the free trial, was approved and my account is apparently locked. scammers
made my account, but after a few minutes, it logged me out. I tried logging in again but every time I put my number and the code, it always said "Account already exists" and gave me the options to reach support or go back.
The majority of banks have not delivered my card because there was a scam, and I didn't receive my card. Therefore, I decided to take legal action. The workers have been unresponsive, and I have been waiting a long time, but my card has still not arrived yet.
