I need to go somewhere in rush but the driver not accept so I cancelled and go with taxi....the problem is when in my journey the driver maxim call me when I open the apps my order in maxim already been accepted. so please fix it because I feel pity with the driver to pickup passenger but the passenger already go with Another driver in different apps

Very easy to use. It's cheap for students to use and the interface is ease to understand

lots of picky drivers unfortunately. since they can choose their customers, there's tendency to abuse this system. Some drivers confess that they wont pick up unless customers increase the fare and I had to pay 3-4 times more than the recommended price now. thats way more expensive than city fare.

Sorry, I have to give a bad review because driver Maxim always accepts and then cancels for no reason. Once you've booked, ask for an increase in fare. If they don't give it, they'll cancel it as easily! They cancelled last minute!

What an app! I really enjoy using it in Nelspruit since you can hardly find an Uber or Bolt available. The drivers are so friendly and understanding. The only downside is that you sometimes can not find the address of where you are going on their map when you input it and this is a problem when you don't know where the place it to pin it on the map. I wish it at least sync with Google Maps so that you can search the address with Google map and use it in the app.

Well I mst say that I'm impressed 👍😁 who ever came up with this in MP it's very interesting and efficient. the app is exactly what I was hoping for. the communication and the routed car on the map I mst say that I was relieved it's working perfectly. though I wanted to request a return trip but it didn't allow me. when I wanted to request again the app was glitching. Thank you 😊🙏 Luyanda have been great the music in the car was soft and gentle his driving was very short but understand.

Not at a fan of the bidding system for rides, as it makes things as expensive or even more than other apps. I tried 3 different times to get a ride, yet no drivers accepted. BUT refunds for unfulfilled requests are refunded very quickly, if customer cancels bc they cannot find anyone. :)

Please refund my recent paid trip with maxim as for the driver its still not working for Palawan but the app deducted 10pesos for additing may card and automatically deducted 70 pesos for my recent fair. As for the rider it did not went through with them since it's not available in palawan so I ended up paying again. I want it to be refunded. Thanks. I emailed them on Monday but never received a response. Why added a card payment and deducted it if it's not working. what an inconvenience.

The worst of the rideshare apps as they have zero customer service and do not resolve issues. Highly frustrating and they waste your time by accepting bookings and then driving by you and cancel the booking. Absolutely terrible. the last bike I requested didn't have a seat. just a pillow. LITERALLY.

Unfortunately, every advanced booking I've attempted to make was cancelled at the last minute. This was very disappointing. It would have been nice if Maxim passengers could offer tips for priority. Often the price that is set by Maxim is too low to get customers where they need to go. Especially during events or peak periods. In theory this would incentivise more Thai's to become Maxim drivers during peak periods. Hopefully this wouldn't make the ride sharing economy worse. Easy to use app ✅♥🙏

about the option of rush order with purpose of paying high price than normal and can be much more expensive when the driver bid higher prices .whats the point of these option if the driver still can set when they will arrive which is still taking the same amount of time with normal order.for example now 6:18 initial price is 6.1 i use rush order and payed rm 9.1 only for to received notification that the driver will be arrived by 6:29 its 6:15 when i writing this review

Hi I need my money back to my bank card. I had used the app for delivery the first transaction went through and tried to make another transaction-- I thought it was the first transaction that did not go through so I paid the rider using Other E wallet directly to his ewallet account. And I checked with my bank and it was confirmed that there was an attempt to charged twice, and now I had another amount deducted. I need my refund not as points but as the same money amount.

this app is very, very bad. The point is why would you have a set price if you're going to bid anyway? One time I thought I got a very good deal with the price example Point A to point B cost 10 ringgit and then suddenly it became 40 ringgit what in the hell bro? not just that they purposely arrived late and click "driver has arrived" so the customer need to pay additional waiting fees. Also, I thought maxim would be a better e hailing company but i guess wrong.

Very bad experience with Maxim. The driver is too picky and carelessly cancels on you whenever they want to. When they bid, the price is also outrageous even when the distance is close by. Will stop using Maxim and will uninstall this app

Good app with good service and unaffordable prices. Most drivers are friendly, are helpful,. But sometimes I experience the following problems: 1. At tines drivers are not available for a long time when you need service. 2. Some cars seem not save and in good condition to transport passengers. 3. Some trips are canceled abruptly after you were promised you will be picked at a specified time. 4. Some drivers can be a bit unfriendly and disrespectful which it's concerning.

I was convinced to install this application highlighting the free 500 credit to use upon using it for the first time and yet whenever I book a ride, it doesn't let me use the credit. I checked multiple times and the selected method was "From Account" with an account balance of 500pesos and yet when I book, it forces it to be "In Cash" I can pay for it. It's just that the reason why I installed it and decided to use it over the competitors is because I was told about the freebie .

1. Fee for passenger car is a scam because there's a hidden charge. The fee was supposed to be 322 but when we arrived in the location, we paid 422 because there is a "booking fee". They should be transparent and add it right away after we booked so that we will be able to know how much to pay. 2. Maxim riders should have their uniform so that they will be recognized easily. 3. Some riders don't accept booking right away even if they are just around the corner.

It's occasionally difficult to get a driver. That usually means there's greater demand, and you may need to offer a higher price than the base rate. Sometimes I've used a different service because of this. But every Maxim ride that I've taken has been just fine. Clean and comfortable cars, professional drivers, and proper and efficient routes every time so far. I've taken maybe 6-8 rides total. Hope this helps.

I been calling for a car almost 45min and still can't wait for even *ONE* car. Finally got car accepted our order we been waiting more than the eta arriving time. After waiting for around 15+min our order suddenly being cancelled and I don't even know is because of the driver cancel it or the apps bug. The system is very unclear I don't even know where is the location of the driver's car and is he/she coming to the pick up place.

This is the worst taxi application I have ever used. You have to wait for one of the available taxis to take your offer and they never do, no matter how much you increase the price for the ride, you never get a response back. I've had this app "looking for drivers" for upwards of 15 minutes at a time if not more, with no results. The one time I finally got a driver to take my offer after I offered a ridiculous price for a very short ride, he canceled on me immediately. Use any other app.
