Constant server time outs…..I thought it might be my connection so I connected to the mayo guest wifi and it makes no difference. I couldnt retrieve test results or look at messages. Frustrating. I’m all for using the app to communicate, but what good is it if it doesnt work?

the care is great, the app needs major improvements. for some reason there’s a “refill your prescription” section on the app which does not whatsoever let you do that.
It seems every time I try to use it, something has changed, and I need a new password. This is very frustrating to someone who doesn’t like computers.
Pretty well designed app. Not being able to copy data from the app to the phone to discuss with other providers is a pain. Timeouts are short. You can’t read a pdf without getting timed out.
