So here's my take on Medbridge GO for Patients. I've tried a bunch of different rehab and physical therapy apps, and this one's pretty solid. The video demos are clear and easy to follow, and I like how you can see your overall progress. It's not the most advanced app out there, but it gets the basics right. If you just need a simple way to do your PT exercises, this is worth checking out.

Description

I’ve been using Medbridge GO for Patients for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you do the rehab exercises your physical therapist or other healthcare provider prescribed. Pretty solid if you’re recovering from an injury or surgery and need to do your exercises.

Here’s what you do: you just enter the access code your PT gave you, and the app downloads your personalized exercise program. Then you can tap ‘GO’ and follow along with the video demos to make sure you’re doing the exercises right. There’s also progress tracking and all the patient education materials your provider added, like 3D models and PDF guides.

Look, if you need to do regular rehab exercises, this app makes it a lot easier. It’s not perfect – the video quality could be a bit better – but overall it does the job and helps you stay on track with your program.

Love the app. Can I suggest an enhancement? If the makers of this app can say where the stretch is supposed to be felt, that would be great. Like "you...

Easy to follow along, and the visuals really help. Two complaints though. My first exercise is supposed to have 1 set of 5 reps with 30 second holds. After a...
