Love the app. Can I suggest an enhancement? If the makers of this app can say where the stretch is supposed to be felt, that would be great. Like "you should feel the stretch in you triceps area" or something like that. Also instead of deselecting the exercises you've done, select the ones you've done. That's just backwards to me.

Great app to keep you focused on you physical therapy exercise routine. As with everything else, however, there are things that the writers of the App could have perfected, if they would have only used it themselves, which it's obvious by any of it's users that they didn't; example: some exercises repeat for say, the right leg as the left one. The App doesn't seem to take that into account. Also, the use of the "ding sounds" could be easily expanded to help the patient with exercise timing.🤠👍

Easy to follow along, and the visuals really help. Two complaints though. My first exercise is supposed to have 1 set of 5 reps with 30 second holds. After a total of 30 seconds, it goes to the next exercise. Also, a few other exercises are supposed to have 30-second holds, but the animation doesn't show this, and the total countdown is thus much quicker than it should be.

Ugh. I was stoked to use this app when my PT suggested it, but I find the interface pretty frustrating and unintuitive. Some of my exercises were set up incorrectly by my PT, I think, and as a result I logged sessions that aren't accurate. There's absolutely no way for me to edit that myself, which seems ridiculous to me. I also can't edit or customize the exercises myself in any way. I found this to be far from a seamless experience.

It's a good start. I think it would be better if there were more running voice commands of a form similar to "rotate, hold 2 3, back" so that you can keep yourself better in sync with the app. It would make it eadier to use by yourself. The "hold" time is not always accurately shown in some of the exercises and not counted out in any of them. An app ug doesn't let you skip over the last rep in the last exercise. It just barely gets the job done.

I am not one to exercise but this program makes it easy. It's a small chunk of time but well organized. I can feel the benefits and find I want to do it every morning. I particularly like the voice guidance and time monitoring so I don't need to count or set a timer. I highly recommend this program to anyone who avoids exercise, like me. Your body will thank you.

I'm in my first week of use and it has been very good at reminding me of my workout time (I'm 82 y.o. so may need this more than others). It also shows exactly how to do the exercise as well as provides a good rendition of the speed of the reps. I like the fact the program allows you to edit the quantity of the reps you do versus the quantity you have been assigned. So far, I find this very useful.

I like this format for my PT exercises. The videos help me slow down & get the most of each movement. I can't always do the full set in one go, or log on to follow the videos, but using the videos helps me keep momentum up. If I had to use the app every time, I wouldn't do the exercises as often, but if I didn't have the app, I wouldn't have the correct posture & timing. I love that my Physical Therapist offered me this tool and trusts me to do the exercises without having to log in every time.

More I use this app more I dislike it. The total lack of ability to customize how long a rep is supposed to take or to take into account hold durations is ridiculous. Not all exercises are created equal. I have to mentally work around this limitation on a daily basis. Also, the app has an odd, opaque habit of sometimes wanting me to do over the prescribed number of sets at a time, like its getting its own ideas. Also likes to not pause on its own. And allow voice customization for Pete's sake!

This app makes it so much easier to do your exercises for therapy. It's hard to hold a piece of paper and exercise but with this program, all you need to do is prop your phone up and the person on the screen will move and show you how to do the exercises the right way. No more looking at the paper and guessing if I'm doing them right. You can log your sessions so you don't have to guess "did I exercise this morning?" Just an excellent program for therapy.

I appreciate the reminders this app gives to keep me on track with my physical therapy. I like that they have a moving image of how to do the exercises. It's a good reminder of the exercises that I am assigned to do. I only wish there were written instructions next to the exercise. I have a hard time seeing if I need to flex or angle my foot in some of the exercises. Overall, I'm grateful for this app.

I was surprised how easy this app makes it to do my regular exercises. it's actually fun and not very time consuming. it's much better than having to find the printouts teaching me how to do exercises and reminding me. The little videos are just enough of a reminder. I wish one thing that there was a way to slightly change the length and order of the exercises after you've already started. It appears to be fixed at least I haven't found out anyway to modify

This is a great app with exceptions. My main complaint is that I'm unable to add exercises or alter my program as a patient. My PT is over, but I still want to use the app as I gain strength. My physical therapist told me I could add exercises to do, but there's no way to add in the app for guided sessions, to keep me on track. Is there any way to add an exercise to an existing program if you're the patient? If not, I'll eventually just ditch the app because there will be no point to have it.

This app is a great way to keep going on your physical therapy once your insurance stops. It is almost like having an instructor in your home. You can use the video to make sure your form is right when doing the exercises or just check off the exercises you do without looking at a video for a faster workout. It keeps a record of your progress and motivates you to log on every day!

the app is perfect for me, I don't have to deal with paper that I lose anyway, it counts for me the reps that I need to get done, keeps me on track and I get done in a very short time frame. lastly it gives you one notification, not 3,000, to remind you to get it done daily. I love the added feature of details about the exercise you're doing, tips etc, videos and more - like the physical therapist is right there with you. great app.

App is good at a basic level but there are a few annoying issues. First is that the app doesn't save state. I did all the exercises except the last, then had to step away. When I came back it had lost all my progress. Then while manually entering I didn't realize I had to reselect all the exercises so it submit only the one, and there's no way to edit after submitting. lastly, There's only a 5 second break between exercises. That's not enough time to setup a ball/strap/etc.

This App provides an easy reminder of how to execute various exercises and the amount of time devoted to each one. I like having something that travels with me on my phone and it keeps me motivated to do the required number of reps each day and gives positive reinforcement by tracking the number of. consecutive days I've worked out. I love having visuals to remind me of correct positions, timing, etc.

This is an excellent fitness interface, which helps you to understand the necessity of integrating fitness in your daily life! I have physical therapy for balance, and, other core issues, after three bouts with Covid-19! The enrollments exercises that I am being prescribed, will help me get back that quality of life, and, the continuance of these exercises will help me to continue this fitness with the App, after my physical therapy time is over! To improve this App, there should be charting.

Too many rough edges make this app a chore to use. First, the exercise timers are useless since they are keyed to the videos' timings. I get a 25 second timer for an exercise that needs 3 reps with a 30 second hold. This makes hands-off workouts impossible. Next, the rest time is too short, especially if you need to change or adjust equipment. Last, if you don't have Internet, your streaks are not counted, even if you do the exercises. I only use this because I have to for my PT

Good way to keep track of physical therapy exercises. My main complaint is that if you choose to "log a session" instead of playing the routine, switching apps or letting the phone go to sleep causes this app to lose track of that screen. I don't need every session to be guided, but I'd like to see what exercises I need to do without losing my place every few minutes.
