Doesn't work most of the time. Messages are a battle to read. It'll notify me there is one but when you click in that feed it won't load the message or it only loads part of the message. Not all of it. How can I respond to potential clients if I can't communicate with them??!! This NEEDS to be fixed and addressed immediately. This is for Businesses. We need access to our messages to run efficiently. I hate that they made us switch to this but they won't fix the bugs.

Frustrating how often the app becomes useless. Messages won't show up when they come in, or when they do pop up, it's only the first part of the message and then a "..." after it and no amount of refreshing will help. Occasionally trying to schedule posts and the upload will fail and completely delete everything, not offering an option to "retry upload" and I have to re write everything again. Losing so much business with just the messaging feature not working 🙄

This app is absolutely terrible. Messages don't send when you try and reply to clients, data is inconsistent between mobile and pc, your page hardly gets any reach unless you pay your way to the top the list goes on. I was prompted to write this because I have over $5000 worth of work sitting in my inbox right now. The clients had messaged me about the service and when I try to reply, the messages won't send. I've spent over $7000 on fb ads this year and this is what I have to deal with. Trash.

This app is SO CONFUSING....About the time you learn to use it they change it all up again. I've sent countless messages to the "report a problem" and "help" buttons with absolutely NO reply. This app WILL NOT let me change my open and closed times. We were finally able to do it from my wife's phone but no on mine. We have lost so many customers recently because of the wrong hours/days listed and no one will help us. Why even have a "report a problem" or "help" button if it goes to no one?? Why?

I am beyond frustrated. Now unable to add photos to albums. Message notifications come in late, which is awful if you offer a curbside pick up option and customers send a message when they arrive. Names don't appear on comments from customers. Dates within the messages are now gone so its impossible to reference a message from a specific date. What is going on?! This is truly maddening. I would be happy to pay a user's fee to avoid all this junk.

The app gets "stuck" hours behind a lot with the most recent updates. This really becomes an issue if you are trying to post live at events. There is also no way to force-cancel a post if it gets caught in upload limbo. I have a post that says it went up an hour ago, but you can't see it. It will probably end up uploading later, but the event will be over.

Horrible, every time an update happens, it gets worse and worse. My linked Instagram account is somehow getting excluded when I choose the option to post on both Instagram and Facebook at the same time now. And all the posts I did on my Instagram are simply not there, nor on the app, or anywhere. They're lost and this has been happening for months now. Don't you think this is enough? I'm losing precious ideas.

I've never had a problem With this app before, but within the last 2 weeks it has not been notifying me of messages, leaving my clients to not be responded to for days, unless I remember within my busy schedule to go and just happened to check on my messages. This is very inconvenient and not practical. Also, when I go to my page manager, the message section is glitching. It says I have unread messages, but I can't see or get to them. Please fix this ASAP!!

Terrible Replacement to Facebook Pages. I was excited to be able to manage both FB and IG for my business in one place. It is awful! I receive notifications of comments from IG, but I can't see them to respond. I schedule posts to be published to both apps, it only publishes to one. Just a couple of many, many things that do not work for ease of access across my PAGE. This could have been made so much better. I expected more. Desktop version is just as bad. Poorly executed.

Adding to my review to reflect the name change. Call it whatever you want but just make it work!!!! The minute the name change was announced the app started malfunctioning. Can't post, can't schedule. FIX IT AGAIN.HORRIBLE UPDATE, I have been using this app for over 7 years and all of a sudden they take away the option to schedule posts! This is how I keep my page thriving. I'll be uninstalling if they dont change this back because then I would have no use for the app! Fix it!!!!
