Now you can't see anymore from trip history all the trips. If you click to ended trips you have to watch first Ads. Now this app is terrible! Definitely one star! Uninstalled!

This would be a perfect app if there was a pause feature, estimations on custom fares and if customations could be done on the premium feature of this app for eg say a ride is $15 plus tips; if you hit the pay button on the app and get routed to the square app we cant addthe tip to the $15 it will be entered as $15 on the square app and a seperate transaction should be made for the tip which is an inconvenience

When I first downloaded this app everything was just fine but I lost my phone now I downloaded it again in my new phone but it's not performing well, it's not giving me the option of choosing whether Uber X or Uber black, in short there's nothing and I have to customize myself but still it's not giving the accurate fare. What must I do since I really need this app?

can I share the price code to get ride request so im not having to answer so many call and dead runs

Freezes up sometimes. When it is working it is great, but it needs to update automatically instead of freezing up each time there is a change or factory update. Also need to add dates and time to ride history .... Sometimes this is very important

please guide me how can I unsubscribed this app when I forgot email and password to save my money witch deducted every month from my account thanks

The app is good and using it for my job. It works perfect for me. But one thing I want to comment on it is while completing the ride, final prices are not visible for customers to show. If you can make it's size bigger and bold to show to customer Please

This app need more improvement,it does not indicate start point and also receipts appears in a different currency even those you change currency to that of your country. I can't continue to pay for an app that does not suit what I need.

love this app helps me when ever I have a client that is wondering why she or he is paying for rides

This is very nice app. I have already started using it. It would be very great if you include an option to put customer mobile number though it doesn't send SMS.

Rates are like 2 years old. I don't know how old this app is & I don't know why I didn't find it much much sooner because I ABSOLUTELY looked for an app to do this exact thing a year ago. Google hid it from me. But the app is quite cool, and accurate. Except the rates are way off, and $5 a month? That's crazy expensive. I'd be willing to pay a one time $10 fee or 99¢ a month. But $5 is way too much. That's approaching what Hulu and Spotify charge us and those are multi million dollar companies.

horrible , not only you bombard the app with ads but now you limit the amount of trips I can do it's absurd, I'll would kept the app but no way your limiting the times I can use it till I subscribe to it it's a hard pass.

Just started using this app, however it is missing the option to add multiple stops on the 1 fair, and the option to choose what navigation app you would like to use, ie waze (my prefered) as it currently forces the driver to use google. I am a driver, so this review is from a drivers perspective. (Add these 2 points, and I feel it would be a 5 star). Also adding people to fleet does not work with the in app link. (Works by adding the fleet code manually to the app)

Excellent. Great for corporate or private rides

After I started paying for it, it stopped working. Then after I stopped paying for it, it worked, but limited.

**Edited* 3 to 5 🌟** resolved my issue within only a few hours of my complaint. the QR code that is generated unique to each ride to allow the customers to pay via credit cRd stopped working. The app is ground breaking and very easy to use. I am just really missing out of business because I now can't offer the option to pay via credit or debit card . Plz fix . Error code as follows "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

The app was working great until it started randomly kicking me out of the app mid ride. Like when I start a ride, not long after it crashes. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared cache, made sure there is no batter powerr restrictions and even restarted my phone. Def not on my end. Not only that, but the map arrow no longer shows my live location and driving direction anymore. Which is feel is messing with the fare itself. Plz fix. Love this app how it was working and so did my clients.

It's alright. It's better than most the other apps I've tried. The price is off. I use a calculator and the price the app gets is either higher or lower in the app. The math is off somewhere in the system. Which the other apps similar to this have the same problem. Another problem it has is that you can't add stops. Also it says you can take Paypal as a payment, it shows an error. Fleet has errors with it. It has bugs and problems.

16-Aug-2025: Driver Fraternity Looted by most App Developer(s)! Few Good Still Exists. This is again Worst - only one Custom Fare & 30 rides limit. Forgotten it, so reinstall, now uninstall. 22-Jun-2025: The worse commercial Application I have seen on PlsyStore. After every action, it sends Advt. Begging is Better Option for this Developer than Application Developing.
