The app sucks almost as much as luma does in general. Always crashing, always forgetting my password and logging me completely out, I ky sometimes will let me report an outage.

The app was working good. After the update it does'nt work. When I try to log in it says that it does'nt match my information. And all the information is right.
Load down the app because I couldn't pay my bill the way I was using, and this piece of dirt won't work at all. It is useless. You need to fix this problem if you want to be pay, and don't blame on the customers for not paying.
App is not working. It worked for a while. Tried to log in today, and it won't even recognize my account. Extremely frustrating especially because I need to report yet another outage!
I enjoy using the app when it works. The app doesn't always open causing me to have to use the website. An additional feature of automatic bill pay would be nice. Thank you.
It let me log in and then it didn't let me make a payment. Then logged me out automatically and I haven't been able to log in again, says error in credentials.
Latest update added agility to pay within the app and to share the bill which allows it to be downloaded by using other apps. Great job! Please consider adding option to download bill directly.
What an useless app. Issues configuring an account, annoying authentication process... Why do I need this app if it redirect itself to the web address when I want to make a payment. What a bad start... 😐
Can't access the web nor the app! Both needs a lot of improvements! I haven't been able to pay my bill cause it keeps popping up "failed to fetch" I've been trying for 3 days in a row and nothing! 😒
I can never report an outage. Always shows an error when doing so. The same error is also shown in their website whenever you try to report an outage or problems with the electric service.
Update: It's finally working so I'm bumping the rating. At first it didn't accept the registered username, afterwards the password, but now I was finally able to log in and pay my bill. It's still unstable and working on and off.
Fingerprint recognition is not that useful if you have to enter your ID and password everytime. The idea of having the fingerprint scanner option is to save you time signing-in! The fingerprint scanner should appear everytime you try to access the app not after you have already entered the sign-in info. Please, fix this issue. Thanks
I forgot my pswd and I've done the "Forgot Password" link at least 6 times in the last 45 min and nothing, zilch, nada, nein...seems like a waste of good money invested in a website/app that doesn't function properly. It's time consuming, and more aggravating than helpful. PLEASE. FIX. THE. APP!!!
Basically the only use is to pay bills. You can't download the bills/receipts, you can't report outages (always says "something went wrong"), which btw, are useless since they only show the number reported, doesn't shows the affected areas like the old website.
The app is pretty good, except for 2 things. 1. As you try to report a power outage or something on the app, when you try to send it, it will not allow you to sometimes. 2. I have 2 accounts and if I pay one, then I can't pay the other the same day, because it darkens the make a payment option. Will give it additional star if they fix glitches.
Was working good but now cannot log in and cannot register another account. To many issues with this and not aceptable. They have to make this work flawlessly if they want acceptance from the public. Dropping down 4 stars from my initial post. Also they are not answering the phones. There are not doing this right. So far I am able to log in the first time. I had previously registered my account with my laptop then logged in with the app without any problems. Waiting for my bill to be available to pay it online.
Completely useless app. When I try to put my log in info, it says it can't find my information and that I need to register again. When I try to do so, it says an account already exists and to just log in. It is a vicious cycle of going back and forth. I can enter through the website but I wanted to use the app like I do with AAA but alas.... LUMA is a whole different animal.
It's Frustrating! In this app I write in my username and password, and it won't acknowledge it, even though it's correct. I go to the Luma webpage, there it recognizes it, but then it won't show me the invoice. This is very bad programming. You need to fix it. I wanted to see the invoice, because I was out almost a month, and came back with the fridge not working and all my Frozen and cold groceries damaged (rotten). I heard there was a 3 day outage. So I cannot understand that crazy bill!!!!!

It is not too bad, but decided to uninstall after signing in (required every time), and realizing App sends you to the web page for payment. Can't view bills from App either. I find no use for the App if the most important features (imo) are available only through the web page. If these features were added, I'd reinstall for sure. Devs, please take notes from "AcueductosPR" app.
