So here's my honest take on Mirror: Mental Health Journal. I've tried a bunch of these types of apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The mood tracking and habit building features are really well-done and helpful for gaining insights. The journal is simple but effective. Only downside is the UI feels a little dated and could use some polishing. But if you're looking for a comprehensive mental health app, Mirror is definitely worth a look.

Cons

  • Interface can feel a bit clunky and outdated at times

Description

Been using Mirror: Mental Health Journal for a couple months now. It’s basically a app that helps you track your mental health and emotions through journaling, mood tracking, and habit building. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.

Here’s what you do: you can write daily journal entries to organize your thoughts, use the mood tracker to see patterns in how you’re feeling, and build healthier habits with the habit tracker. And there’s also some guided meditations and wellness exercises – those are pretty cool. And the ability to set reminders and goals, which I’ve found super useful.

Look, if you’re into mental health and self-improvement apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna get a better handle on your emotional wellbeing.
