I was amazed by how simple it was to not only downgrade but cancel my membership. I'll still be going to get my washes here but I couldn't justify the monthly cost when I didn't even go monthly. Car always looked great and hasn't been any damage yet so I'll see how using the app to buy my washes goes. I'll update when it happens.

Be prepared to pay a "reactivation fee" if you end and return to your membership. I had an issue with my car so I stopped the membership for a couple weeks because it only happen in the car wash. Turns out it is a normal thing and not a big deal. I restarted my membership and wondered why I was charged twice with NO EXPLANATION! Turns out there is a fee for reactiving. Once I get my own house or find a replacement, I WILL DITCH THIS MEMBERSHIP PERMANENTLY.

Easy enough to use, BUT... My camera gave some weird unrelated number when reading the tag, so I had to manually enter in the tags for both vehicles. And it would be stellar if we could personalize each vehicle (just a field for make & model would be great), so I know which one is which without having to go out to look at the tag (we cancel one in the winter, as the vehicle stays in the garage).

This app is awful. Ask for biometric login, but you have to type in a password everytime. I can't add credit card. App crashes. Very fustrading. I can see why plans are cheap, you cant really buy them. What a pain. I have the latest andriod ios and still has issues.

Awesome service. A great and easy way to care for your car and not waste water at home.

I have two memberships on my account, but one of them is not showing on the app. I called customer service twice to fix the problem, and so far, I still don't see my paid membership. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, linking it, and going to the Mr. Carwash website. But I still don't see my membership! So, disappointing and frustrating!5his app is not worth the headache.

If you enjoy a clean car, while you're taking a trip out West. Don't Bother with Mister Car Wash,,,, There Are None!!!! Also, The Locator on their App. is Useless!!!!

I hit the button to update my card the stupid app canceled my account so I had to resubmit everything

I was trying just change card number and for some reason the account was cancelled and I had to buy a new membership

Great experience so far! Finally a car wash that actually cleans my car! The App and code are super simple!

since ive been with Mister carwash; their prices have gone up substantially. the base price use to be about 15$ for a monthly subscription. the new price is now 23$ about a 60% increase from when I joined back around covid. nothing has changed, no new services, utilities to use or anything. if anything quality have gone down because i dont get the bug cleaner anymore either. i am cancelling my subscription and moving either to clean freak or superstar

with this app you can't make any changes to your account it's kind of hard to search locations it is almost worthless.

I have dealt with their company all over the country usually they're transparent last weekend I signed up for an unlimited car Wash and I said does that cover everything they said yes I go ahead and pay them the $40 I go in today they're like oh it's $15 to do an interior clean I was like excuse me I paid for the unlimited well you paid for the unlimited exterior at $40 a month if they've been more transparent I would have paid them the $80 but they weren't and now they've wasted more time than

Purchased a platinum membership and was charged 6 times due to a "system error". Their customer support via phone call were extremely helpful in regards to getting a refund, however their system wouldn't allow for more than 3 charges (all of which individually $32.99 btw) to be refunded. Cannot un-recommend them any less. Literally negative stars aren't selectable on here.

App is non functional. Cannot login. Updated password. Still cannot login. Said error communicating with server. I went to the website in the Chrome browser and was able to log in and verify my account details and membership just fine. Total bummer because browsers in general are clunky on the go, which isn't what you need when you're on the go, at a carwash.

Great service. If you get an unlimited account, make sure you have money in the account on that day 13th for me, because they will stop the account that day. So I was waiting for them to take payment, 10 days later 23rd, they did, but I was not able to wash the car until payment was done. The next bill was 2 wks later, which i thought I had a month before my next bill after payment. So they stop payment again 13th and they said that's the way it works even though I only got 2wks of washes. FYI

I have installed/uninstalled this app 3 different times and all it keeps saying is there is a system error and then the screen freezes and I can't get anywhere! I'm trying to change my billing information, so that they pull the money from the right account! I like the ability to get my car wash anytime.I want but not at the expense of this frustration!

dealing with payment on this app is HELL. kept getting the same error when trying to reactivate my membership. eventually I just ended up doing it in person, but the app STILL charged my card through the app AND at the toll when they asked for it. i ended up getting charged twice and I have to dispute it later on. UPDATE: 12/4: The merchant sent the full refund for the other charge, which is a good thing on their part. The error still stands unfortunately, but I'll just be going in person.
