I was amazed by how simple it was to not only downgrade but cancel my membership. I'll still be going to get my washes here but I couldn't justify the monthly cost when I didn't even go monthly. Car always looked great and hasn't been any damage yet so I'll see how using the app to buy my washes goes. I'll update when it happens.
Be prepared to pay a "reactivation fee" if you end and return to your membership. I had an issue with my car so I stopped the membership for a couple weeks because it only happen in the car wash. Turns out it is a normal thing and not a big deal. I restarted my membership and wondered why I was charged twice with NO EXPLANATION! Turns out there is a fee for reactiving. Once I get my own house or find a replacement, I WILL DITCH THIS MEMBERSHIP PERMANENTLY.
Easy enough to use, BUT... My camera gave some weird unrelated number when reading the tag, so I had to manually enter in the tags for both vehicles. And it would be stellar if we could personalize each vehicle (just a field for make & model would be great), so I know which one is which without having to go out to look at the tag (we cancel one in the winter, as the vehicle stays in the garage).
This app is awful. Ask for biometric login, but you have to type in a password everytime. I can't add credit card. App crashes. Very fustrading. I can see why plans are cheap, you cant really buy them. What a pain. I have the latest andriod ios and still has issues.
Awesome service. A great and easy way to care for your car and not waste water at home.
I have two memberships on my account, but one of them is not showing on the app. I called customer service twice to fix the problem, and so far, I still don't see my paid membership. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, linking it, and going to the Mr. Carwash website. But I still don't see my membership! So, disappointing and frustrating!5his app is not worth the headache.
If you enjoy a clean car, while you're taking a trip out West. Don't Bother with Mister Car Wash,,,, There Are None!!!! Also, The Locator on their App. is Useless!!!!
I hit the button to update my card the stupid app canceled my account so I had to resubmit everything
I was trying just change card number and for some reason the account was cancelled and I had to buy a new membership
Great experience so far! Finally a car wash that actually cleans my car! The App and code are super simple!
