oh my god it takes over 30 minutes just to place an order with all the glitches that happen! if you back out from the menu where you finalize payment it messes up and asks you to check a box that's non existent, then I have to redo my order all over again! please fix the app AND the website!

Update: Managed to get past verification but ordering doesn't work at all. it says error 4000 something. App is most likely made and tested by inept employees. Worthless app and system. It is looping verify your email again and again to no end even though I have verified my email. Who makes this app? Toddlers?

Love the food. App is very frustrating. Attempted to place my order many times but ended up sliding 'back' to previous page while inputting payment details and had to input my entire order again. This seems like it could be solved easily by having it save my cart until the order is complete or deleted by me.

Awful. No coupons or deals when ordering using the app, everything is full price. My local restaurant has no clue on how to allow for in-store payments using the app's "Pay" feature, and there is currently no way to get rewards points or visit credits either. Hard to imagine this app being any more worthless than it currently is.

Trying to use my rewards. The app has always been buggy, I have always been able to figure it out. But tonight no matter what location I order from and no matter what I order even removing my rewards I get an error. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Logged out the whole process. Sucks because I was really looking forward to ordering tonight. And since I can't use my rewards outside of the app I will find another pizza place to go to before this one now. This was the last draw for me

This app has gone from useful to trash. It used to be you could order a pizza and pay when you pick it up. Now, you have to load money onto there account to order. If you're balance falls below the minimum, they charge your credit card. You always have to keep a balance. I'll bet they keep any accrued interest from holding your money.

Pretty embarrassing that they can't get a pizza app right. I would be ashamed if I was the developers, and livid if I was the company that paid for this. Overly complicated, no way to apply existing deals, laggy, broken, over intrusive, and buggy. This is supposed to save you time, but I just go into the store instead of taking the risk using the app. Try again maybe?

the food is good, probably the best pizza and wings joints in town. however I'm a little bit annoyed with the app. it was glitchy during the checkout process and had to be reloaded multiple times. I had to order pizza multiple on your platform. attempted to use the loyalty offers and save some money. pickup my own pizza for a change. but it would not let me submit an order. I reloaded the page. deleted my order. try again, same thing. does not compute. so I figure what the hell try delivery.+$28

Would prefer for my store location to stay saved in my profile, maybe with an option to switch to "near me". Would love to be able to figure out how to add items from my rewards to a current order. Literally saw no way to get to it from the 'location' or 'delivery type' screen. I didn't go to App College; I just wanted some garlic breadsticks that you said I could have for free.

I've been having difficulties with the app since the launch of the "new" app. I can never add coupons because I have one added when I actually don't. The old app wasn't perfect, but I don't recall having issues with it. After trying to get this to work properly, I've finally given up and picked up McDonald's instead. Just get Mcdonald's. Their app forsure works with no issues from my experience. Please fix this app

App doesn't let you use coupons. (Dev support just says to use the website if you want to use coupons, because they apparently can't be bothered.) Rewards program is a joke. Have to enter credit card info just to see the prices. Uninstalling until Mountain Mike's finds a better developer than Level Up. Will not pay more for the privilege of using their half-baked attempt at an app.

All I wanted was to save a few bucks and order some pizza. I downloaded the app and tried to plug in the coupon I got in the mail, no can do. So, I jump on the website, but it won't accept the login I made in the app. I can't even do a password reset, it tells me to make a new account because I am a first-timer. Well, the website has no account creation tools, only directing to the app stores. HOW CONVENIENT.

Was signed out due to session being expired, which is fine and understandable, but when i try to sign back in, it continues to say that the session is expired and to sign in again. I tried to clear the cache and the storage data but nothing works, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Now I cannot sign in for rewards or even place an order in advance.

This place sucks! App doesn't work, errors out often and erases your order any time you try to go back to the previous page, they don't offer delivery and today I learned when trying to order before 5:30pm on the app that carry-out order time is limited today, really, on a Friday??? Skip the aggravation, don't download and go somewhere else!

I can't even log on to order. It asks if I want to merge my account and to login. So I do and it tells me that the email is already taken. NO DUH!!!!!!!!!! That's what I'm trying to merge! So my location has lost our on plenty orders because I can't use the app. The dob requirement is weird and if you try to login like 4 times, it blocks you out.

This app is so terrible. Somehow, adding a coupon or using a reward got more complicated with the recent changes. It's insanely frustrating. It also never takes my cards when I enter them and now it won't let me select Pay at Restaurant. Makes me not want to buy your pizza. I ended up having to call and they helped me manually, but if this happens again, I'm just going elsewhere.

A bad app is now slightly less awful. DO NOT "upgrade or merge your membership"... last time I did, I had to re login, reenter every bit of saved information, and then face a ui that requires a doctorate in applying "offers". They seemed to have fixed the large font problem. Great pizza ruined by a lousy app that lacks sense or useful features like reorder, or setting favorites. Want the free mini churrs.. good luck. doesn't add them, and when you do it's full price and the offer is VOID.

This app is garbage, first it logs me out of my account and everytime I tried to log back in it would say the session expired and threw me in a endless loop. Now when I try to migrate my account on this new update it says my phone is already linked to my account, this wouldn't be a problem if a phone number wasn't required to proceed in migrating your account! What's more annoying is that you can only use your rewards on the app, so if you have any and can't log in that's too damn bad.

Wow, what a frustrating experience. First, you can't even get to to order menu without putting in a credit card. Then, you still can't get to the menu without putting in an address, even after selecting a store, but the address doesn't auto-fill and does not save!!! Every order you are re-entering, even when signed in! And backing out after selecting an item takes you right back to the beginning where, you guessed it, got to re-enter your address. What a joke.

This app is terrible. There is no option to enter a new card at check out. So I logged out and logged back in. Went to the 3 little lines to update my card and there was no option, there for it. Reached out to customer service. And they instructed me to go to the three little lines even though I informed them that there is no option to update card info and that there must be an app glitch. Then it removes all your items from cart and makes you start over. Waste of time.
