Been using MTNTOUGH Fitness for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app with a ton of workout programs and training plans, all designed by mountain athletes and military operators. Pretty solid if you’re into getting in shape and building mental toughness.
There’s a bunch of different workout routines you can do – everything from bodyweight exercises to full-on training programs. It’s got a cool community aspect too, with challenges and leaderboards to keep you motivated. And the app tracks your progress, which is helpful.
Look, if you’re trying to get fitter and stronger, especially for outdoor activities, you’ll probably dig this. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little buggy sometimes and the subscription is kinda pricey. But overall, it’s a great resource for building functional fitness and mental toughness.
