Been using Music for Focus by Brain.fm for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that plays these special music tracks designed to help you focus and get into a productive flow state. Pretty solid if you’re always struggling to stay concentrated at work or while studying.
Here’s what you do – you just pick a session for focus, relaxation, meditation, or sleep, and the app will play a custom-made audio track. There’s also a nifty timer feature so you can set it and forget it. And the music actually does help me stay on task, even if I’m feeling scattered.
