Reviews for Muver: Gig Driver workspace

It works well when it works however the amount that you have to pay per year is extravagant I ended up changing debit cards and instead of allowing me to keep my promotional price which was $30 for 6 months which was still a stretch they wanted me to pay $99 for a year.... Far too expensive for the little money I was making with it

The app is fantastic, up until you drop the money for the subscription. I paid 99 bucks, and I can't use the app at all now. The support hasn't acknowledged my requests, and I can't find any other method other than their "instant" chat. You get something like 20 free trips with this app, which is really great if you use more than one ride share. After you pay, it's a worthless app. That's really frustrating for me.

I cant use your app at this time. Fact 1) it causes some apps even uber 2) more problematic, it limits and even keeps some of my other apps to not work at all. They load and then cant access the network. How do i know? After uninstalling your app everyone of my apps began working. It may have to do with the vpn access you control. But it us your app thats the issue. It also cause slowdown. So i wonder what information your gleaning?

Well as of right now zero stars if I can because as soon as I downloaded this app within two days I got a series of the worst DoorDash orders I've ever received and received a contract strike for non-delivery because it auto-completed a stacked order before I had a chance to do the second delivery. I went through all the steps in their app to unsubscribe but here I am with an attempted $45 charge on my account

The app keeps crashing and I have to restart, give all permissions again, for it to only crash again in a few min. Sometimes it doesn't auto reject until the timer has almost run out anyway. I would suggest, as other people have, an option to auto accept based on $/per mile. Also the option to decide if you want other apps to be disabled when a request is accepted. Unless there's an improvement, I will not be renewing my subscription next month. Not worth the money as is right now.

Great app. Suggestion, I would like the opportunity to auto accept food delivery trips if they are $1.75 per mile and above a certain price point. Also in Uber eats, they give a time estimate, take that time estimate in minutes and allow me to set a mimimun per hour i want to make in the app. or it gets auto declined or auto accepted.

I'm trying to cancel this subscription, I done sent 2 emails no answer, this app is weak, I can switch between apps on my own. Can someone contact, or respond to my email. I will be highly upset if I get charged, and I've been trying to cancel this since day one... ok I figured it out, u gotta go through the play store, and manage your subscription from there. Seems a bit shady that you guys don't tell us how

What a terrible app. I did the 7 day free trial, didn't like the app functionality so I went into the subscription section in the app. I selected in the app to cancel my subscription and received confirmation it was canceled. Today, I was charged the subscription fee and there is zero live support to resolve it. I've had to dispute the charge with my bank

The app will not move on past the stage where I enter my phone number. when clicking the arrow button on that screen the keyboard comes up and im not able to get past that screen but my numbers entered and the privacy thing is checked. The apps not working for me.

App is sometimes unusable as it forces me to pick a subscription after I already subscribed. I have to unsubscribe and resubscribe to get unstuck. Also, the advance doesn't work. I signed the form, after which I am told that the next step after signing the form is to sign the form, which I already did. And it only lets me sign once. It says that funds are deposited immediately after signing, but this did not happen. App seems very buggy. I hope its main functionality will actually work

I multi app when delivering. There are certain restaurants I will not go to. Walmart is one. I also will not be a personal shopper and carry 10 cases of bottled water up 4 flights of apartment stairs. I don't see anyway for the app to auto decline Walmart offers or grocery store offers. If Muver ever adds a customizable user inputed business auto decline list then I will looked at it again. Until then no thanks!!!

It's a cool idea. It just doesn't work as efficient as necessary for the fast pace that's needed sometimes(most times). And paying that much money regularly for this unreliable tool isn't gonna happen. And how the website doesn't even tell you how much it costs, just 5.99/week, 3months 3.50/week, or 12 months 1.99/week. Whatever all that means. AND finally the supporting comments that are suspiciously vague about the apps features tells me that they're fake comments. So with all that. I'll pass.

I'm really glad an app like this one exists. When this app works, it's wonderful. But it is very unstable and I find myself needing to force stop the app and grant permissions far too frequently. Until these stability issues are resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend this app. Especially not at the current price. Also, a monthly subscription option would be appreciated.

*****EDIT***** 2023-11-28 I have canceled my subscription. I've had an issue that has been a major deal breaker with the app since February. It will not bring Lyft online or offline. It constantly keeps throwing up an ad over the screen for a pay day loan shark. I have reached out to customer service, which is only accessible via a general email inbox. I sent in a highly detailed description of my issue, and I have not received a single response from their team. Oct. 10 Nov. 10 Nov. 22 Nov. 29

Don't do it!!! The app is horrendous. Please trust me when I say it is FAR easier to just swap back and forth yourself on the apps. This was a tremendous waste of money and all I can say is I'm glad I tried the 1 week option first. I was going to leave it be without a bad review but they want to decline my request for my $7 back so I'll be petty. Their app sucks and is way overpriced. Even $1/month would be overpriced.

WARNING! Free trial charged me 48.12! I installed the app to take it for a test drive with the free trial, and canceled it the same day. I still got charged 48 dollars for it, no help from PayPal to get the money back. The app it self is slow and clunky, and only works half the time anyways. Wouldn't use it if it were free. Maxymo and drivers utility helper are much better.

High hopes but falls short, not worth paying for currently. Transition between apps on/off when a ride is accepted on other app is slow & can be done quicker & more efficiently manually. As for support, tried to contact through app but it's an automated response from a bot, no follow up from anyone. Paid & used for a few weeks & decided to cancel subscription since I can do it better myself. Paid through 4/11/23 but when I cancelled they blocked my access. Due a refund if you block my access.

Thought this app would make my life easier, but it just made it more frustrating! Kept glitching during rides. Not to mention the spot loan option never freaking worked for me! I submitted several requests for funding when my car's starter went out, but never got a response!! Not to mention that they have no working customer service number! This app sucks!

Not a bad app. I use a Samsung tablet, and found that I can only be running the three apps (Muver, Uber, and Lyft) without anything else in the background running to be effective. More then that and it takes up too much resources on the device with 2GB of RAM. This may be something to consider if you are using it and have other things you like hacking open while using the device. No big deal for me as I can use my phone to run dashcam software and music app while on the road.

Buggy and scammy. Offers free trial then asks for Google Play payment, then after signed up, asks again over and over! Hopefully I don't see 3 different quarterly subscription fees - or even 1, because I'm uninstalling... It's not clear how to cancel my subscription when the app doesn't realize I'm subscribed already. Or is just a scam. 🤷‍♂️ What I do know is I won't have trouble disputing the charges if it does. Confusing, intrusive interface, too.
