You’re app does not talk with your hospital, so the app is worthless since I have to fill out a ton of paper work each time I visit! Give us a qr code that your hospital admin people can scan to get our records. Right now your app sux.

I like using this app it is very easy to navigate and it’s great that you can communicate with your doctor when needed and get all you test results back quickly. I do like it better than another medical app that I have used in the past.

Love the app easy to use. Just had a baby in April and it help see all the lab and test done. pay my bill in tap of a button. Great hospital and care.

MH paperless billing is the worst. How do you expect a bill to be paid without details about the charges. I just setup for paper billing and hope the billing department provide services details.

easy to use, especially for seniors

I like the app very much. I like the way that everything is at my fingertips. Scheduling, lab test, billing, appointment reminders. And all my doctors, past doctors, and medical centers all in one app. And average understanding to navigate through the app.

Definitely makes things a lot more streamlined and simpler when it comes to getting care and especially getting results. This app isn’t bad but the automated “request for refills” does not work. SO, I just send my doctor a message telling her I need refills… one of the Rx’s must be refilled every month, and cannot be written for 3 or 6 months out… so I have to request that specific refill every month… […]

it’s alot easier then calling an being on hold for hours

its a good app, but I need to know why i need 3 apps for all of my doctors under the same memorial services, I have to use Athena too.

I can see most of my medical information in one place. I see my test results and my past and future doctor appointments.

This app, is extremely informative, and is an excellent tool to stay connected with Memorial Herman system. Very well designed for ease of use. I highly recommend and will continue to use it.

hospital visit. NIUC was great staff great. the patient portal is almost next to impossible to find OP report MRI. CT scan findings. each should have their own name. pathology report can’t be found under test and there is no access that says path report

This app is horrible to schedule appointments. You think MH would want to save money on scheduling (and they do by limiting hours that a human can help you schedule.)
