But I'm autistic and become overwhelmed when I feel there is more than one right answer. The rest of the questions are a breeze. I don't like dealing with people. And this app makes my life much happier. It even notifies me before I run out. I seriously love the app. 🥰
this app sucks. you can never log in. chat bot will not respond. no way to get help. please read this. your chat bot is useless. set up multiple appointments for a callback. no one ever contacts you.
The app doesn't work. It won't let me log in or sign up or anything at all. Not sure if there is just a glitch? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doesn't work. Customer service is only offering to reset my password but I can't even get to the page to type in my password.
I love how I can view all of my Cpap supplies orders, that I order on my app everytime I call to make a purchase. the biggest issue i see is when I order supplies, the order will only appear on the app when Adapt Health has shipped my order. it took me 7 days after placing the order until Adapt Health had added it to my app. so I wish this would be something Adapt Health can consider fixing. I wish it appears on the app as soon as I place an order. that way I can track it faster.
I really liked this app until I updated it today. Now when I try to login it wants me to create an account then tells me I slready have one but I cant get to it.
smooth as silk once you figure things out. the delivery tech is perfect. he goes way above to make sure I'm good.
When I tried to log in today, on 10 Oct 2025, I discovered that I could not get past the startup screen. Chose "login," entered username and password, pressed "submit" (or whatever) - and found myself back at the startup screen. Several times. Then reset password ("forgot password") and tried again. Back at the startup screen. Version 1.27.0, Android 15.
it won't open well I've updated it after I had nearly had to go back to the hospital dealing with this damn app finally got it to work.
I can't get the app to work it keeps saying it needs to be updated. when I call for help, they say they will be right back with me and then I am disconnected. I also asked for them to text me the link, I never receive a text.
about the only advantage of this app is that you don't have to call and wait to speak with AdaptHealth's incompetent staff. using this app does nothing to speed up their incredibly slow and totally opaque ordering process -- make sure you order as early as possible because they WILL delay (literally every time...) Order status does not update until after it is fulfilled; no usable tracking information is provided; biometric login constantly fails...
Edited- This app has been great, makes tracking of shipments a breeze. Only issue I've had, as mentioned below in previous review, has been cleared up in more recent update. Now app seems to be working exactly as I expect. Previous-Fine until the update. Now I'm stuck in a loop between a message to update and Google app store telling me it's fully updated. I can't see anything else. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I'm stuck in the same loop.
This app sucks!!! I've been trying to order my diabetic supplies for 3 weeks. None of my orders have been shown to be active. I now only have 10 days left t until my supplies run out, so I called customer support. They told me the orders were not made. I was able to place my order, and they said I should receive the order next week. I have had nothing but problems with this app. The old app (Trace by Solara) worked perfectly for me. I wish I could still use it.
This app is so frustrating, especially when I am relying on it now to receive my supplies. The whole app doesn't work like it should. I can never get my order to go through. When you can get one to go through it takes sooooooooo long before it even ships which for diabetics it can put you in a bind. I can't even get in touch with pinnacle anymore to at least get them to help me. I will have to start using the live chat I guess. Worst app ever because they force you to use it for supplies.
This app does not reflect orders properly. I've had it about 2 weeks, and it has started crashing every log in attempt now. Most recent order was split into 2 separate ones, and it doesnt even show the outstanding order. My Insurance company is contracted with the DME supplier, so I'm stuck with them. Back to hour long waits on the phone again to get orders placed, order status, and complaints. I'll be deleting this app as it is useless and frustrating.
8/13/2023-I tried signing in to check the status of my order that I should have received last month. It won't let me sign in using the biometric option I set up or by signing in with my sign in info. I'm just stuck in a vicious cycle. I cleared the app history, deleted the app & added it back but still no luck. I think it's time to find a new company for my supplies. Waaay too many issues.
Can't login, username and password are correct. endless loading. app doesn't work at all. Seems like this has been reported a few times. Ive uninstalled & reinstalled, I've reset my password, I've tried on my WiFi then turned it off using my cell data, I've tried on multiple devices. This is a problem on the server, host, app end...not on the users end (My end)
This is one of the worst apps I have ever seen. When they ask for username and password they don't tell you what the restrictions (length, special characters, capitalization) is required. This means you are trying to set up an account without knowing what is valid. You end up failing multiple times to set up an account. You should offer the alternative of ordering on a web site.
I had an issue with the app clearing my login info and disabling fingerprint login. The developers recommended that I not sign out of the app. Instead, just force close it, and it won't clear the fingerprint login. I used to get email notifications of a balance due, but I haven't gotten one in two months, I have e-bills turned on. Since they don't send emails, I have to monitor my account closely. Also, the app no longer syncs with the website, and the invoices have less information than before.
Garbage. Just like Adapthealth. Logging into the app never does anything. It either tells you to go use the Adapthealth website or just sends you back to enter your login info over and over. What is the point? They make it impossible to do business with them. Delete the app, tell Adapthealth to delete your data, and ask your doctor for a better service provider. Anyone else noticing that several of the 5 star reviews are really complaints or they don't describe the app at all.
