I found your lab reports extremely helpful . They are highly informative for any patient and presented in a clear and concise manner . You earned my respect as a medical organization. This app is well constructed and supportive to patient .

The old BI app was much easier to navigate. Not everything you want to see is available, like upcoming appointments. I hope this is a work in progress and not yet complete.

This app does NOT work without WiFi (which I do not have) nor does it work overseas, not even with WiFi. NEEDS AN URGENT UPGRADE!!!!!

I love the MyBILH Chart! You can communicate with your entire healthcare team, check messages from providers, order refills on your medication, and you can even look over your health chart to see how your health has changed over time. Plus much much more. Anyone who has a chance to get MyBILH should definitely do it!

VERY HANDY INDEED Could review my records and see what occurred in surgery.

The app was great at first. I was able to set up appointments and request medication refills, but now I can't find my doctors. I have to search through the website to try to get the correct numbers for the locations and departments just to make the appointments.

This app has been easy to use and the new changes are good too.

so much easier to have medical records at the tip of your finger. updates very quickly with your information

Today I have been able to setup mybil chart finally with some help with the number listed to call and I did. It was so helpful . I used it for the first time today and I just love it. Now I do not have to call to get in touch with my card team and be on hold for half hour before some one pickup less stress for me. I am happy I'm to.

Easy to navigate but there's no where in the app that I can see ALL of my doctors. I only can see my primary care doctor. It doesn't give me the choice to select other doctors when I want to schedule an appointment.

I really enjoyed the app and made everything very easy for me.

Never have i seen an easier and more thorough Patient/Doctor experience,Highly recommend Lahey and Mychart. A+

This app does not meet my needs. You can't initiate a message or request an appointment with anyone who is not on your care team. My care team consists of random doctors I've never met. And my own doctors do not show up in my care team. I called for help adding my docs but was told that I had to call each of my doctors one by one and have them opt in. Some of them did not know what I was talking about. Meanwhile a checklist of follow-up tests that I have done still show as pending (no fix).

I love this Medical Portal. It enables patients to establish communication with your Doctors ad well as it allows you to stay informed about your medical health needs.

using this app is NOT at all intuitive. I really have to hunt around to find anyplace I want to move to. If I make a mistake and need to return to the previous page, because there's no back button, I'm sunk. I'd recommend someone actually use it and attempt to do things to understand what a user sees and can select as they navigate and possibly need to change pages.

There are some confusing questions. Walk over for me and no means to address them. It would be nice to have some means of feedback to the My BILH app.

not ready for use by patients! non-functional portions. poor integration with BIDMC app. gives reminders to set up "initial" appointments done YEARS ago! Tap on "set up appointment now"? this just brings you back to where you started! this new app sucks up a lot of patients' time with very little functionality! Who is responsible for this non-functional tool for health maintenance and medical care? Where is accountability?

my BILH site never works right! Even if I go through my email and copy a code and even on the Google app Nothing Works Right! I'm tired of wasting my time after time after time trying to fix this site and I made plenty of phone calls TOOOOOO! I keep asking to send all my information to me by mail and they still don't do it! I'm tired of bad computer 🖥️What EVER HAPPENED TO THE OLD DAYS WHEN YOU GOT EVERYTHING PUT ON PAPER AND ACTUALLY TALKED TO A HUMAN BEING FACE TO FACE ? I'm tired of miss han

compared to previous (PatientSite), it is cumbersome, overdone. navigation and response prompts are off screen (mobile). cannot download concise time series data as before. constant "network error" for requested uploads. it does work
