We (My husband) is new to having to wear an ostomy bag we didn’t know what we may need. Customer service was absolutely wonderful and took time with me when ordering..We still are not sure what we need or don’t but it gives us peace of mind to know we can call for advice..

we have been using my room for my son for about 8 years and we have never had an issue with them. the app is easy to use. they remind you when it’s time and all I do is just click through and hit submit.
The app sucks and is barely functional. I have to trick it into creating and placing an order, when ordering the same thing every month should be the easiest thing in the world.
it’s been amazing the website is very easy to maneuver and reordering my supplies is quick easy and no problems I love Byram
Problems with login corrected. App still not perfect, but serviceable.
Excellent experience in reordering and also for the first time was very easy! Very pleased I went with Byram for my diabetic supplier because my last one Always messed up and had issues every time. so far, everything has been Great with Byram.
Somewhat glitchy app that struggles a bit. Convenient, but annoying to navigate.
Had difficult time with app recording or saving credit card information to make a payment. Needed my supplies asap.
