We (My husband) is new to having to wear an ostomy bag we didn't know what we may need. Customer service was absolutely wonderful and took time with me when ordering..We still are not sure what we need or don't but it gives us peace of mind to know we can call for advice..

we have been using my room for my son for about 8 years and we have never had an issue with them. the app is easy to use. they remind you when it's time and all I do is just click through and hit submit.

The app sucks and is barely functional. I have to trick it into creating and placing an order, when ordering the same thing every month should be the easiest thing in the world.

Excellent experience in reordering and also for the first time was very easy! Very pleased I went with Byram for my diabetic supplier because my last one Always messed up and had issues every time. so far, everything has been Great with Byram.

Somewhat glitchy app that struggles a bit. Convenient, but annoying to navigate.

Had difficult time with app recording or saving credit card information to make a payment. Needed my supplies asap.

Once I got my account setup with the help of customer service everything is smooth as silk. Ordering my monthly supplies could NOT be easier. Thank you Byram!!

Easy to navigate app, fast service, and a lot of extra features to help enable better healthcare for myself.

My account has a notation that I cannot use Safe and Simple brand, yet they keep substituting with this item. I'm having to private pay for the brand that I have used for years and works for me. I have been in contact with the customer service reps at Byram several times and they still substitute Safe and Simple in my orders. I'm tired of trying to correct the issue.

Update: I had to uninstall and reinstall the app but I can now log into it without getting an update notice. Thanks for responding! Can't get the app to run. It installed, I log in, and it tells me there is an update available. It takes me to the Play Store, no upgrade option. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing. It will not run. Samsung S22U, Android 14, One UI 6.1

The App works and I get notices about some parts of my order. I have had issues getting supplies within a normal reasonable amount of time. My last order took a month to get because no one from the company could be bothered to call me about an issue they had. Everything I did was correct, they messed up the order. It had to get fixed by me getting a manager to contact the back office to fix some random computer issue they had.

I love the app for my phone. my only suggestion, and it has been a suggestion for years, is to have a catalog, picture views of the products. As a new user of these supplies, I had to do a hit and miss when it came to ordering. If I could have seen pictures, I could have ordered what I wanted. It doesn't take much to put together pictures and descriptions on your page for your customers to see. Please fix this issue.

confusing, I reordered by text 7 days ago and had a conformation. They keep telling me to reorder anyway. The last time this happened they got pissy because I ordered 2x. Today I checked my account, and there's no order in there. This is not something I look forward to. Hopefully, this is better than trying to order by text, because they constantly screw that up. So I had to pay for 2 day shipping, again because they screwed up.

Super easy reordering app. Once the account is set up, requiring a security email from Byram that can be sent by request from the live chat, it's super easy to reorder supplies. An easy to use, attractive app, no freezing or lagging. It has easy to find account details that are easy to update. Multiple contact options for every stage of reminders and options so that one isn't bombarded with unwanted reminders but still will get the type (email, call, or text) that one wants.

Far too many issues for something that should be so simple. Two of many examples: I put in new credit card info, save it, it says card accepted, then when time to place order it says no card on file regardless how many different cards I try. At one point, it quit excepting my PW and no matter how many times I reset it, I'd get error notices.

I wish they had more brand names as well as more items from the brands they already carry in this online app catalog. If you call them, they have special way of adding the item. But it's time consuming on the phone orders when you could do it in the app if they updated app catalog. Please allow more online catalog items, especially for ostomy. People have been very helpful and nice so far. Supplies have come quickly compared to other med supplies businesses. I am very grateful for this! Use them

Was really happy with the service until now. Needed to add incontinence supplies to our order for senior. Now all of a sudden it is a cat and mouse game with them trying to get the order right. So, deleted the new supplies to make it easy for them, we'll see if they get it right this time. Same old BS different company. App works good, I dislike that the catalogue doesn't display the in-depth product search results. It only provides about 25 items to choose from when there's 1000's of products.

While I'm thankful that there is such an app to order supplies, the UI is horrible. Its navigation is confusing. They have the standard "cart" icon for showing how many items in your cart, but you can't click on it to have it show you what's in there. The "Dexcom G6 CGM supply kit per month" item that shows up in past orders even though I haven't officially ordered it. It must be a combo for their end only. That shouldn't be where the customer can see it if that's what it is. Make it better.
