I can't pay on the app. Keeps saying "error payment didn't go through". I've tried everything, on several different days to get it to work. Had to sign in on the web page on my due day and pay there. What's the point of this app if I can't pay? I'm also being charged for a month I didn't recieve services, which is wrong of Frontier. But that's another issue itself. Long forward to moving and finding a better company with morals.

the app is slow. Upon opening it, I am bombarded with ads to upgrade my service. I would never, given the terrible service of frontier. When I try to troubleshoot my issue, I have to interact with the chatbot Giga, who is useless and slow. Most of the time the chat won't load at all and I have to close the app and start over. Giga said I can change service appointments in the app, but I can't find that. I spoke to an actual person, maybe, and the app froze and I had to I force quit.
runs really slow. can't always make a payment because it's often having technical issues. have run into the problem of submitting a payment and the payment never going through (even after confirmation that it was submitted successfully.) Whether it be due to NSF by the payee or error in processing by Frontier, they should have something in place where the customer is notified if the payment didn't clear. Other than these things, I don't use the site for much else so I don't other input
What's the deal with issues signing in? I've had this service for many years. The more the price goes up the worse things get. Every month now when I try to sign in, it says we're having trouble signing you in or technical difficulties. App and website. Loads very slow. It's the only account I have doing this. Funny thing is, the app worked flawlessly when my service got suspended. Not one problem then. As soon as I paid it, it was back to the normal bs. Prob going to change to T-Mobile.
I never receive a statement on my email when it is currently due. I only receive past due statements on my email. I've tried desperately to correct this. By calling, emailing, etc. Nothing gets through. I don't like paying my bills late. How can I be receiving emails for past due amounts and not a current bill? And why can't this matter be resolved? I guess frontier likes to be paid late.
The MyFrontier app has been a terrible experience for me. I sporadically receive bills via email. And as far as text alerts, I haven't been receiving those as well. Now the service. If you have any issues with service, you are on your own. Internet service constantly disconnects and reconnects randomly. Our TV service continues to pixelate on different channels, different TVs, and at different times. I wouldn't recommend this service.
I'd give less than a one if I could. The app never can connect to my router, the speed is always intermittent. Customer service sucks and can't think outside the box to fix issues. The tech we have in our areas is awesome, so there's the one star I guess. Super disappointed with speed. I work from home in a call center and swear the speed gets worse each year.
It sucks because for one, its DSL. Two, can't change password to wifi with app. connection drops 4-6 times a day for a minimum of 4 minutes each time. When connected, it works pretty good for 1 device. Once you connect more than 1 device, you're in Buffer/Lag town from that point. Can't complain too much because I'm in a rural area so I gave 2 stars intead of 1.
Absolutely zeeo stars. I can't even log in to the app. I contacted customer service, and they couldn't get me logged in either. This internet service isn't cheap to begin with, then add in the app that is supposed to help customers doesn't work. Ridiculous. I guarantee I'm expected to pay my bill monthly. Frontier should ensure the app is functioning properly.
This app sucks! All I can do is see payment history, what services you have and set up autopay. As far as being helpful when I have an issue, it isn't. You try to find direction and it tells you where to go but that place doesn't exist on the app. It doesn't give you a phone number or chat window. It just makes you realize I am paying too much for so little and when I call I have a wait time of 45 minutes. No option to have them call you back. My time is not worth much apparently.
