getting answers from the 800 number is the hard sometimes. then they get you to another extension that can answer the question and then another extension that can’t answer the question with the emphasis are not answering the question
This app when you tap to get information takes to long to load.When I’m at my appointment I don’t want to wait 5-10 minutes to bring up my information for the staff and the phone is new. I will give it a few tries but three strikes your uninstall.
