Pretty awful app. You will need to budget ten minutes just to get into the system, be prepared for a lot of verification texts etc, with patience you will eventually get through. And then you will not find what you are looking for, so call the office.

This is by far the BEST app I have ever used. It’s easy to navigate and ALL of your medical information is right there. You can make appointments, text everyone that is part of your care team, get refills, schedule test… I mean everything is right there. I absolutely love this. Thank you mypennmedicine

Great App! So convenient to have my medical records in the portal, receive notifications when test results are available, and to be able to schedule doctor and lab appointments, email my doctor and other care providers!

It’s broken and won’t let me past the user agreement, even after I read and accepted it and checked the box. Someone messed up.

very helpful. cuts through the red tapes. allows me to put my info up for the busy doctors to get back to me when they can. Instead of waiting to merely GIVE them info and playing phone tags.

MyPennMedicine is not as user friendly as it once was. It is difficult to get from one program to another. There aren’t any prompts. Just now I am unable to get out of this area.
