Too much back and forth between app and insurance option. What’s the point in having this app????

I’ve used the SafeRide app a few times now & have had no difficulties as of yet.

After installing, I chose my insurance, logged into my insurance company, and had no direction to progress to use the app. I contacted my insurance company and they had no idea how to configure the app. So, I don’t trust the app, have uninstalled the app, and changed my password for my insurance. Sketchy!!

I can only use it on my son’s account, not mine because it just resets to the UHC app. Also they never showed up or called today for our appointments

They do schedule Ubers for you. HOWEVER! it’s VERY rare that they find the right place to pick you up!! I’ve missed at least five appointments within the last two months! what is the point of having a ride if you can never get there🫠

Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. TWO drivers stated I was not at the specified address. So this place hires drivers who don’t know how to use a gps? The representatives are unprofessional. scheduled a ride in the morning, received a message, ride was canceled, no reason given, called to reschedule, was given a 10:20 pick up time, it’s now 11:30,still no ride, no reason given.

i use safe ride to go to all my appts. they have always been dependable. i just wish they offered more then 36 rides.

My experience with this app is still terrible. Was a terrible app last year…and today is still a terrible app. Should not have to keep logging in and still never get to the app..SUCKS!!

attempted to use the app multiple times (uninstalled and reinstalled), but only get a blank screen, even when signed in to UHC.

app says I don’t have an internet connection and I most definitely do. Nothing in this app works as advertised and I always need to call dispatch or my driver directly.

Every time I try to manage my transportation the app keeps saying “u have been signed out”. That is false cause I am still signed in on my insurance app.

I either cant get past the insurance part (just signs me out and loops around) or I go to reserve and the mileage is off (according to google maps, 5 miles off) and it doesn’t have the correct zipcode. im confused! doesn’t seem very beginner friendly 😒

You’re driving didn’t pick me up till 5 minutes to my appointment time I was 19 minutes late and getting to my appointment next point I have I’m going to cancel it out and take the bus never go with this service again

I have still not been able to get a ride to or from my appointments I have never been so frustrated to have to talk to the people because I can never get the help I need. This is a total waste of time and energy.

your app is not user-friendly as it appears to be. it doesn’t allow you to copy and paste your login information without making too many attempts before it locks up.

this transportation company is the best I’ve used thus far. One outstanding feature. if you need to alter a pickup time on the same day it is done, just call and the time is adjusted. thank you so much!

it’s good for a ride but they make you responsible for setting it up which is why I thought they were there. The app doesn’t respond to information I give and causes it to basically abort itself & never complete the booking for the ride. It’s not user friendly from my experience.

this used to be a good app about 3 months ago. now it doesn’t really work properly. Kept saying that I already signed out when you just signed in. Can’t schedule transportation online anymore. You have to call and take forever before someone picks up.

used to work pretty good up to last week, now it won’t set up flexible pick-ups. booked 3 rides last week with flexible pick-ups and all 3 have 11:59pm as the pick up time instead of flexible. the READY option no longer works via text and there’s no READY button on my rides. customer service […]
