Too much back and forth between app and insurance option. What's the point in having this app????

I've used the SafeRide app a few times now & have had no difficulties as of yet.

After installing, I chose my insurance, logged into my insurance company, and had no direction to progress to use the app. I contacted my insurance company and they had no idea how to configure the app. So, I don't trust the app, have uninstalled the app, and changed my password for my insurance. Sketchy!!

I can only use it on my son's account, not mine because it just resets to the UHC app. Also they never showed up or called today for our appointments

They do schedule Ubers for you. HOWEVER! it's VERY rare that they find the right place to pick you up!! I've missed at least five appointments within the last two months! what is the point of having a ride if you can never get there🫠

Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. TWO drivers stated I was not at the specified address. So this place hires drivers who don't know how to use a gps? The representatives are unprofessional. Finally on the third call a driver arrived and stated he had no problems finding the address. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was hung up on.

scheduled a ride in the morning, received a message, ride was canceled, no reason given, called to reschedule, was given a 10:20 pick up time, it's now 11:30,still no ride, no reason given.

i use safe ride to go to all my appts. they have always been dependable. i just wish they offered more then 36 rides.

My experience with this app is still terrible. Was a terrible app last year...and today is still a terrible app. Should not have to keep logging in and still never get to the app..SUCKS!!

attempted to use the app multiple times (uninstalled and reinstalled), but only get a blank screen, even when signed in to UHC.
