It's a amazing ap. But just when I finally settled for a certain drum kit for the cymbal track i find that the update just removed the old audio associated with the kit that I just happened to choose for the cymbals (not many good cymbal sounds) and updated with an almost unusable sounding set of cymbals. The ride that was updated in the "rock kit" is absolutely trash. Why not add sounds to use instead of change them. And volume control I mean come on guys. The revew won't let me finish my text
Reviews for n-Track Studio Pro | DAW
← Back to n-Track Studio Pro | DAWI'm a novice when it comes to tracking and this app allows me to learn easily as I practice before I purchase an actual device or board. However, due to the lack of space at the moment I can do what I need to do with the mobile app and continue to get better at tracking audio. I highly recommend this app for all beginners like myself. Definitely 5 stars.
I have tried 20 other midi sequencing apps , paid and free demos, on my android 7 ZTE axon m. This n-track app is the only app without horrendous midi input latency. I would like to suggest the developer to change the logo from the obsolete cassette image to something else. The logo puts me off from trying it until all other 20 apps fail to deliver the promised low latency. I have paid the full price of 29.99 usd. But I am very happy about this purchase. And I want it used by more people.
I've been using this app for almost 6 years. The app keeps on closing on me every time I attempt to delete a track. Can you please fix the bug it has? Thank you.
Using the PreSonus Audiobox Go edition on z fold 6, I am able to use a USB-c to USB-c cable and get it operating. I've also tested with a sm-220 tablet and it works too.
really good and handy app for making some good tunes, just make sure you have enough space on your phone or you might lose hours of work but other than that lots of instruments and effects you can use, could always use another new synth package tho, those are really fun to try out whenever I get a new one
Beats the competition, NEEDS a tap tempo. The fully paid version needs to stop asking for Billing information, when not connected to the net for awhile. Would be nice if you choose Flanger, for it to say Flanger NOT Chorus! These are my preliminary findings. This app is better than I'd thought it would be. The PC prices are higher than i like though, considering the many Free Desktop versions, available .
App works. I use it to record my RC-505 and until now, it's the only app that worked for it. In comparison with other apps, the usability is worse. For me, apps like Audio Evolution or Fl-Mobile are way more user-friendly regarding editing tracks, drum sets, etc. Could be way more efficient. The other aspects are working well. I would use it more if the editing and navigation of the tracks work better.
always been good damn wish I had on iPhone I don't know about double pay though I do all my beats and stuff on iPhone I got just right after smh
Thankyou. I will update it and see if this helps. In case I will contact you with more precise feedback. I appreciate the message and the help with this great app.
If FL Studio Mobile and Cubasis 3 had a baby, it would be n-Track; the only downside is the price of the plugins... But that is usually the case in most digital audio workstations.
The app is good but using only the dynamic EQ can be so tiring cause there's no graphic EQ or tuning EQ. Sound effects are not detailed as needed.
What happened to the general midi drums package? Worked & sounded great, now the samples sound like piano n synth. I totally factory reset my phone, re install n track, re downloaded general midi drum pack but still has wrong samples queuing. When I down load older song files I did, they work until I go into the gmd pack than it reverts to piano & synth sound the other drum packs are working fine.
This app is very finicky. I mean literally anything you do while the app active can disrupt it and stop it from recording. And while it may look very intuitive, and that's what I was hoping for... I just need to record two separate high quality raw tracks and I was hoping this app would help me do that... unfortunately it is not that intuitive. Every time I launch the app I have to adjust the settings as if it's the first time I've used the app and like it's never been paired before.
Ok for jotting down ideas. Update - They helped me resolve all problems I was having. I installed this app when I was about to go to bed and had an idea for a song and did not want to have to go and fire up the studio. It worked very well for getting my idea documented. I took off one star because the quality of some of the sounds like the bass and synthesizers are not up to the quality of the rest of the app.
Definitely still the most functional intuitive and all around best mobile recording studio I have found in 15+ years. Maybe I just haven't figured it out but one area that could be better is in increasing the volume on specific parts of a track. The dropping dots and moving up and down is challenging on a mobile device. There may not be a better way. I'm sure the developers have explored options. Anyways great work!
I think it's the best mobile studio app available. I tried just about every available beta(free) version of all the others and wasted money on more than a few before this one. After about two songs, I paid for the pro version and only knocked off 1-star because it's not the most intuitive and I'd like to see a little more freedom to modify or personalize some of the interface and transport controls, maybe that will eventually come later?. It's still worth every penny, I think. And I'm no novice
This app has completely stopped working and Ive lost hours of audio. I can't find songs I've saved over the last several years any more. Songs will no longer save at all. Absolutely useless, waste of money. It used to work and now doesn't. Garbage. Edit: after booting up the app a week or so ago, it said it was transferring files. Now it looks like almost every audio file I've ever recorded has just been dumped into the top level n track folder, completely unorganized and without song files
I've been here since the beginning, and it's been an absolute pleasure using this app and watching it develop into what it is today. Whenever I play a track for friends they can't believe I made it with "a cell phone app." And to tell you the truth I still can't either after almost 6 years. It is a full blown production studio in your pocket. I have used Cubase, Protools, Garage band, Bandlab and FL Studio and had the PC version of this and prefer this regardless of price.
Until just recently. I was not able to open any projects because the app crashed on my phone. It also crashed when I selected new songs and when I save songs. I was unable to continue working on any projects that I have. The projects for some reason were not stored on my phone and I was not able to use or open pro files on the regular app. Less than a couple hours they reached out to responded with my concerns and helped me resolve the situation. (n-Track Sudio Pro) IS SO DOPE!
