Been using News 12 for a couple months now. It’s basically a local news app that covers the tri-state area – Long Island, The Bronx, Brooklyn, New Jersey, Connecticut, Westchester, and Hudson Valley. Pretty solid app if you’re into keeping up with news and weather in your area.
Here’s what you can do: there’s live breaking news alerts that get pushed right to your phone. You can also check out daily videos, articles, and photos on all the latest happenings. And it’s got local weather forecasts, current temps, and storm coverage too. Took me a while to figure out how to customize the alerts but it’s useful once you get it set up.
Look, if you want an easy way to stay on top of your local news and weather, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
