App is easy & convenient to use in saving me gas, time & money with no out of pocket expense from me. I'm satisfied right now.

App charges you the wrong price. If you have two prescriptions and deselect one of them, you'll still be charged for two prescriptions.

I have received excellent customer service and speedy delivery of medication. Highly recommended. I am very satisfied with their services.

so far this program has been okay it made a mistake and gave me the wrong medication earlier in the month but thank God the young lady in the pharmacy figured out what the problem was. so hopefully they get those few little kinks worked out and everything will be great I love being able to check in on a website on what medications are due and not due it helps me keep up with everything

Login is not working, any option either by phone number or email account asks to send the link, then the link returns to login page asking... to send the link, with this looping over and over

I like it. It's a great way to see which prescriptions are being filled. Also, you can inform the pharmacist as to which prescriptions are no longer needed. You can also sign for the filled prescriptions and pay on-line.

The ease of ordering and paying for your prescription helps tremendously. Busy work schedules doesn't always allow for ordering prescriptions overthe phone. Nimble is just a few clicks!

so far the app is easy to use and offers great options, such as messaging the pharmacy, which is great as someone with social anxiety.

This app absolutely REFUSES to accept any picture of my MO drivers license. I've probably taken 100 different pictures, and it will not accept any of them. Update 9/2025: 3 months in, still the exact same issue.

It is convenient to use saves a trip to the store no long lines and waiting to find out your prescription is not ready.

Would give 5 stars but I think the app should have more options for users - set up auto refill, leave messages for pharmacy, etc.

The pharmacists and all the staff are always so helpful. I feel they go above what others would do to help. whenever I have a question or concern they are always very helpful, professional, and quick with responding. I also love that you can have your medication delivered!

Such an easier way of getting my prescriptions in a cost effective and timely manner. As someone who struggles with memory issues, having text messages and alert notifications about my prescriptions makes all the difference. Staff have always been friendly whenever I called with questions.

I finally got in to the app, and it seems okay. I am frustrated that when I set up one of my medications for schedule, I can't see what that schedule is. I had one delivery of a month supply, and the next wasn't "scheduled" for a month and a half. I would really like to be able to see the schedule and ideally adjust it as needed. Edit: Now I can't get in again. I ask for them to send a login link to my email, but there is no link in the email. Just a "button" that says "Sign Into My Account"

Unable to log into app since most recent update. phone number not found. email log in link request sends into death loop of sending email link to then same landing page in app to request the same link again. app is useless right now.

Did not work and actually screwed my scripts up because the app and pharma got desynchronized. then i couldn't call it in because the system was confused. not very good for anything other than prepaying for your medicine. At this point i don't trust the app at all. I'll give it a 2 star just because the app looks nice.

I love the app for its convenience. The only issue I have is that there isn't a date when each prescription has been filled. Most people like myself toss out their empty prescription bottles. If there was a way for you to add a "Date Filled," it would make it easier for people to know when their next refill will be.

I'm sure it would be great if it ever gave me an option to open an account versus logging into an existing one. Chances are I'll find another means to my end of getting my prescriptions and will never visit this app again. Most apps are mundane. Many serve a purpose. Few can actually negatively impact your health and well being in the short-term. This one forces you to acquiesce that power and/or just malfunctions when it's supposed to be helpful and make life easier. Issues I had, others had.

EDIT: updated the app, and now login link works correctly. Support contacted me after 4 days total. OP: The app simply doesn't work. Couldn't sign-up or login. Requested a login link, got a link that opens in website without the possibility to open in app. When opened in website, couldn't proceed to buy the prescription. Wrote to the support, got an auto-confirmation that I'll hear within 48hrs from them. It's more than 3 days and no answer.
