So here's my take on NutritionTracker. I've tried a bunch of different nutrition and diet apps, and this one stands out for its scientific approach. The database of diets is really impressive, covering everything from Mediterranean to Keto. What I like is that it doesn't just give you generic advice, but actually analyzes the research behind each plan. The side-by-side comparison is super helpful for seeing the pros and cons. In my experience, the personalized recommendations are pretty accurate too. The only downsides are that the UI can be a bit overwhelming at first, and the food logging/tracking features aren't the most intuitive. But overall, if you're serious about making a sustainable change to your diet, this is one of the better apps I've come across.
