Honestly this app in incredible. I was trying to search for a good offline player app, and when I found this, I knew it was perfect! I LOVE that you don't have a offline Downloader inside the app, it's just a waste of time and money imo. I also love the default black theme, literally perfect for what I was looking for in a app! I have 0 clue how you even maintain the expenses of this app with barely any ads and just a permenant 7 dollar subscription, kinda nuts on your part dev. :) Love it!
Reviews for Offline Music Player
← Back to Offline Music PlayerUnlike many others, this one can import playlists, but it can't display their names. It only shows the number of tracks. Very basic although non-intuitive controls, mostly work if you can figure out how to find things. Some controls also malfunction. On the equalizer, increasing the bass lowers the volume. Max bass=silence. Unfortunately, I paid for the full version before I realized this one is the same junk as 99% of the others.
Simple, clean, easy to use. I initially had a problem with a few of my music files. Support actually responded promptly and identified a problem with the way I had encoded the file names. Now all is well. Don't like the in app ads (does anyone) so purchased the upgrade at a fair price. A very good general music player.
I'd say this is at least one of the best offline music players. The ads aren't annoying and there's a couple cool features you probably wouldn't expect on a music player. Hopefully the dev adds more features such as your own custom system background. Also, there was only one issue within the app, but that got resolved within a couple days. I'd rather use this than Spotify or any other music player honestly.
This app works perfectly for my needs while traveling in my truck. The only plus I would like to see is an option to remove from playlist. I have fumble fingers at times and could use an oops didn't mean to do that option. I was looking for a music player and was drawn to this app because of the ability to create ringtones. WOW! Easy to use and set playlists. Audio is outstanding. Thank you for the thought that went into creating this player.
Great Replacement for Amazon Music. I do not have unlimited data so I do not allow amazon music to have roaming internet access. Due to this they will randomly turn off access to songs that are downloaded on my phone because there is no access. Nomad has solved this problem! I love the app. However if you still use Amazon Music to download the mp3s on your phone, it may put the files in a folder Nomad cannot see. If you move them anywhere else, Nomad will pick them up immediately!
It has everything I need for my music on my device, as well as being free. Overall a very nice, and in some ways improved, version of what used to be a preloaded music app for Samsung Galaxy devices. If I could recommend two features, one would be to have the ability to change the Artist name of an entire album instead of going song by song, and also a "shuffle all" option when looking at all songs. Also a way to get rid of ads would be nice. I wouldn't mind paying a few dollars to remove them.
I've been using this app for over a year now because my phone doesn't come with a preinstalled music player, and this is the best free one by far. The one negative is the ads, but thats par for the course with free stuff. The ads themselves are really forgiving. I've accidentally clicked them dozens of times, but the app realized it was an accident and didnt open Facebook or whatever. If you want a no-frills music player and don't mind a few relatively unobtrusive ads, I highly recommend this
I really like that I can retitle the track, add info like the artist and year, and create my own playlists. I also love that it still plays when I leave the app or turn off my phone. Excellent app. Just what I was looking for. One minor thing I wish was different is that each track has a little profile picture but there's no way to change it. Some of the tracks get assigned a random pic from my camera roll. If there's a way to change it I'd love to know. Besides that, it's perfect.
Way fewer startup problems than Amazon player. Google music player was good, but the morons did away with it. I don't need streaming. I have a music collection because it is the music I like. This player fits the bill perfectly. I use my phone with sync in the car and have only had it not start up right away once, and that might have been the fault of the application that was running causing the issue. Easy remedy. Just manually start it.
The ads aren't overly distracting and annoying like every other music app I've ever used. I hope the amount of ads don't grow or it'd be a bit disappointing because every music streaming service I've ever used has been like this. Smooth experience. I get to listen to music I downloaded on my phone on this app and be able to edit my song's name, artist, album cover, etc. is a nice feature. overall, it's an absolute slay 💪😈💖💖
Amazingly Musical! Even with a few ads that I can immediately click X and go back to the music, and I can't figure out how to run songs in order, it's incredible. I am soooooo picky when it comes to music player apps because I want to experience music the best as I can, and it offers each album with their own covers where I downloaded songs, and has a great track. I have downloaded other music apps, but they hadn't exceeded my expectations like this one. Great app, recommend 1000 out of 10.
A solid music player. I have a lot of song downloaded on my phone, around 1,300, but the thing manages to hang that with only occasional crashes. Most of the time it's my phone's RAM, not the app. Only reason why it's not five stars is due to how I want to seem like an actual person. I read somewhere that you should focus on there and four star reviews if you want a realistic opinion and avoid bots meant to advertise.
I've used this music app on 3 different phones, and every time I get a new one I try out other apps and they always disappoint me. This one just has everything I need. My only complaints: When viewing all songs by a single artist, you should be able to sort by date, album, or alphabetical. For some reason, when viewing an album, only certain albums show the year next to the album length, most albums don't.
works as intended. had it with ads, and while mostly ads werent too obtrusive, I opted to buy the app anyway to skip them entirely. low cost and worth it for a streamlined, easy to use music app. I loaded a large number of tracks onto an SD card and app found them and reads them with no issues. a great compliment app when your music isn't found on streaming platforms and you want to play your own files.
Works pretty well, not perfect. I think my largest complaints are that it will only add any particular song in the playing queue one time. If I want to hear a song more than once I have to add it each part of the list and it disappears from any other part. I also don't like that I will open the app and the mini player closes after only a minute or two of not being used. Sometimes it will play one song and stop even though there is a list of songs.
The app works fine and there are minimal ads. When ads do pop up, it's only in the app, the audio is muted, AND your music still plays in the background. The UI is simple to use and has all the functions you would need. There is also a sleep timer if you plan to fall asleep while listening. The ability to sync lyrics and edit the image of artists would be a nice feature in the future. I would also like it if you could add more than one artist to a song or album.
One of the best offline music players, I love how you can add lyrics and pictures and organize the songs by album/artist. I think if we had the option to add videos, and not just photos for the songs, that'd be really cool. But the app itself is great and perfect for organizing songs. I prefer listening to songs organized by artist names rather than alphabetical order, and this is one of the few apps that have that feature. I've been using nomad on multiple devices for years now!!
i literally love this app. there are literally no ads and there is continuous streaming even when not on the tab. the only downside is that you can't download songs directly from that app, but as long as you use any free download/use mp3 app, you can easily get as many songs as you want. i have tried multiple other apps for streaming music, but nomad is definitely the best out there that i have found and i highly recommended
Pretty much everything I need. Equalizer, playlists, album and artist organizations, and song queue. The main thing for me was the ability for it to read and edit synced lyrics embedded in MP3 files! Also, most useful features are available without a premium subscription, and ads aren't intrusive. Only suggestions would be the ability to hide tracks, the ability to import .lrc files, and app themes that are more than just colors (custom wallpapers, custom colors, etc). Other than that, great app
