This is probably the worst app out there! I literally can't get ANYWHERE on this app! I can't sign in, I can't create an account, I can't retrieve information.... LITERALLY NOTHING and NOWHERE!!!

For the love of all that is holy, please explain how to turn off notifications. I do not care to be notified 10 times a night, that the system is undergoing maintenance.
Very convenient app. I love it. I can communicate with all of my care team. Know my lab results and see everything myself and then I just interpret it with AI if I don't understand the Doctor language. I can make my appointments from here. I can reschedule from here I can ask questions. I normally never even make it to my appointments.Hardly but through this app i'm able to touch bases where it matters the most
Very disappointed,when entering all my personal info after I go through all the questions when I submit the data it says contact them at some 1-800# I mean the whole purpose of the on line app is so I don't have to call in,and it won't save my info so now I have to call and start over ,again..... Very frustrating
What's the point of this app other than to view your case info if you can't access and fill out the periodic reports thru the app?
After 90 days of inactivity, passwords are disabled and eventually lose your benefits because you can't sign in. You get to enjoy reapplying over the phone for an hour. But wait. you still can't access your account because you still have to create a new password.
pain in the rear to sign in and it's a pain to be told your acct has been inactive and you must call during this time ...don't send me a message telling me you have sent me a message if I can't check my messages . so irritating .
Let's me log in then won't let me accept the user agreement terms I tried clicking it a million times, Uninstaller the app and re-installing it, shutting down the app completely and re-logging in still didn't work even tried restarting my phone and it STILL didn't work.
Would rate zero stars if possible. Why? The website essentially forced me to download this app to renew, only to take me RIGHT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SITE I WAS ON. Not only that, but the site tells me that you can schedule appointments on the app, I have yet to find or see any options for such a thing. The only thing the app actually does is let you know the status of your case. Which the website also does.
Completely impossible to use! I spent hours putting in all of my info, being taken back and forth only for at the last step to be completed for the system to tell me there is some type of mistake, log me out and lose all of my info!
Doesn't work. I've had the app for months, have never actually seen it past the log in. Absolutely lovely considering I keep being told "yeah just reup your ebt there" as I've been busy with work and school and it doesn't bloody work...so now my ebt is off till I have the time to reup them manually.
Worst app ever Everytime I have to get into this app it tells me my information.ation isn't correct and the. It won't let me reset my password like it has more than enough times now but it doubles everything when uploading documents to them nevermind that but you can't upload anything to them unless they request it you have to email everything while email can be convenient it clearly itnt with this app it hasn't run correctly since I have had it but can't get rid of it so I have to deal with it
This app is terrible! Use to be able to submit verification info directly from my phone but now it requires that I download the app and then the app doesn't let me actually verify anything. Says I have to use a laptop/desktop. The whole reason I loved it before was so that I could access and make changes wherever I am. This is just a waste of memory storage on my phone! I guess I'll call the 1-800 number and sit for an hour on hold just to verify no changes for my disabled daughter's SNAP.
This is most likely a fake app trying to collect info. It said sorry unable to verify identity, please contact Experian or our phone number. It asks for mine SSN but doesn't require it but asks all other info. I just wanted to change my current address which I've done over the phone multiple times & it still hasn't been resolved. It suggested while on hold to visit their .gov website which instantly took me to this app. I jumped through every hoop on the app yet I can't get an account.
I'm happy with the benefits in general but this app specifically really blows. It's incredibly slow and I can't even do what I need to on it, after 30+ seconds of loading my account it just redirects me to the website. And the best thing is too, the website constantly nags me to use the app because I'm using my phone! Just let me do everything in a timely manner in the app or shut up about it.
It's just so inconvenient to use. But it falls in line with the websites of the great green state of oregon, edit; I mean there's nothing really you can do to fix it except like make it a little more self-propelled we don't really need the agents so much just a comprehensive list of what you offer that we can just select what we're needing from. but the most frustrating thing is all your password nonsense having to reset the password all the time is just a pain, it doesn't offer any security
It's definitely a joke! And not very funny either. Tells me "error" and to change password, over and over again. then when I try to start over logging in.....It tells me "System is down, try back later". Such a waste of time, I'm sick! Just mail me the info you need with a return envelope and I'll do it that way!
Keeps wanting me to sign-in. Then after signing in. It wants me to sign in again. Can't get anywhere with this app. Now I know why there phone lines are so busy and why you have to stay on hold for an average of 1 and a half hours. If they had a web sight that would actually work. Then there phones wouldn't be so busy. I just sent in documents showing my income. But then they said it doesn't show the month of December. When it does show the month of Dec.
Absolute garbage! They're constantly telling me to log in to do things, but the only thing I can do is file for NEW benefits and report changes. NONE of the things they tell me to use the site for can be done here. AND I'M SICK TO DEATH OF HAVING TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD EVERY 90 DAYS!!! I'm done using this app and site! Improve the security on your firewall and servers, and stop making the clients pay for your cheapness!
