So here's my honest take on Oura. I've tested a bunch of health and fitness apps and this one's pretty solid. The accuracy of the data is really impressive - I've found it to be way more reliable than my old fitness tracker. The sleep analysis is super in-depth and actually gave me some good tips to improve my sleep. On the downside, the app can feel a bit cluttered with all the metrics and insights. And the monthly subscription is kinda pricey compared to other options. But if you're serious about optimizing your health and wellness, I'd say Oura is worth a look.

Description

I’ve been using Oura for a couple months now. It’s basically a smart ring that tracks all kinds of health and fitness data. Pretty solid app if you’re into that sort of thing.

Here’s what you do – you wear the ring 24/7 and it monitors your heart rate, body temperature, sleep patterns, and more. There’s also a mobile app that gives you daily insights and recommendations. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into health tracking and sleep optimization, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the data can be a bit overwhelming at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a smart ring that’s not just for activity tracking.

Also, please add the option to find a lost ring on Android phones. I also really wish that developers would take into consideration female customers who don't have periods for...

Great overall. It would be great if the heart rate menu with the whole day graph was easier to access on the top portion of the application. Sometimes it is...

What started out as a nice and accurate device (far more accurate than anything I had before) has devolved into an inaccurate piece of rechargeable jewelry. It's been a little...
