Check in says task completed but doesn't show task in completed challenges

all the trail at the location I went we not displayed on this app. an at times you were way off the trail on the app, but the tree indicators showed you were deffinatly still on track

A great guide to the outdoors and adventure ...life is short go out and see it. The world has so much to offer.

App has a bug & closes consistently so cannot get in to add sites to challenges.

Easy trials through beautiful meadows full of wildflowers and butterflies. Three-story Native American interpretive center is full of fascinating history.

it was working fine now every time I open an organization, the app closes or goes to page showing organizations (no image) at zero. I reinstalled numerous times and cleared cache. Nothing helped.

I don't know where else to notify you, but I can not do any of your bicycle challenges on the app. the app keeps starting over and my phone tells me there a bug and update the app edit, I updated and it stills take me out of the map of any challenges and restarts app again

The worst outdoor app I've used and I've used many...Gaia, All Trails, Avenza, OnX, Strava, Farout, Trailforks and Traillink. NOT intuitive and simple tasks run you "in circles" to complete. This app isn't worth the space it takes up in your phone.

The app was updated and now when I use it, it constantly shuts down within 30 seconds of use. The app used to work great but not as of today. Now going to uninstall and re-install to see if it will work.

all the satellite imagery and the trails are set up a date because they encourage the user base to constantly update and upgrade in keep everything on the maps up-to-date current and accurate all the way down to the exact weather conditions or trail conditions and the busyness of the location or the house included some parks are how long some trails are and it's all very accurate so it's essentially all the other apps that have been trying to do what they're doing in one

Every other update breaks something in this app, which is extremely frustrating given how it is intended to be used outdoors where troubleshooting isn't the easiest thing in the world. The latest version cannot keep me logged in or grab my location.

Good for maps, when signal available. Would be nice to have a "download area/park" feature so we could use the maps when out of data range. Also would be good if the phone back button took us to the previous screen used in the app, rather than exiting and then having to start over zooming into the location of interest. I'm keeping it. 👍

It's just a map app! Nothing else works. I was excited to find out about this app, but I was apprehensive to download it based on the 3.5 stars. The app is either counterintuitive or plain worthless. The search bar doesn't return any results even though it says 'search for anything...' I can't even favorite a trail or are there 100 steps that I'm missing to get to this blessed feature? I guess this app is just another failed state funded project.

Poorly designed app with unintuitive UI. Maps are cached, but zero control/transparency over what exactly or how long is kept- I'd rather pick which maps to download myself. Home screen is cluttered with numerous menus, updates and "social" nonsense instead of just showing map view. At least have a "location" button at the top level to go straight to my location on a map. All trail stats except distance are buried and require clicking/scrolling to get at- show them in the pop-up like distance!

Not ready for release. We saw this app on the promotion for the newly opened San Francisco Crosstown Trail. Type in the trail name and the app displays several entries that are identical, as it truncates the trail name before the section number. Choose one at random and the app shows the general area of the trail on the map. Attempt to zoom in and the trail location disappears. As such, while it has promise, I can't recommend it in its current state.

This app is fine when it works. Mine has decided not to work. It takes more than 5 minutes to load, it knows I'm in a trail challenge but won't let me access it to fill in my progress, and when it asks for feedback it closes the window without letting me actually give feedback to get my problem solved. Edit: several months later, I now have to uninstall and reinstall the app to put in completed trails. When I put in the trail the app just brings be back to the same screen.

Nice idea. Very bad execution. Always opens at state level, tap on a search reault, and the pin shows up without zooming in. Try to manually zoom in and then the pin disappears. List of search results are long strings of text that don't wrap, so you can't actually look at results without tapping each one, and then good luck trying to get back to the list.

I'm updating my previous review, giving more stars. There was a learning curve to using this app. I finally figured out that if I want the map live as I hike the SF Crosstown Trail, the best thing for me to do is to find the trail segment, click on its title on the bottom of the screen, bookmark it, then tap the "map" tab towards the top left of the screen. To find it again later, tap "me" in the bottom right to find my saved bookmarks.

The app takes an incredibly long time to load, even on a flagship device. It does eventually load. App freezes if the screen locks, and the only way to get it started again is to force quit and reopen the app - que: waiting several minutes for the app to load in the first place. Would recommend blocking trackers, since it can access personal info irrelevant to the app's function.

I was really excited about this app, however, since I have downloaded it, I have only been able to get it work twice, without waiting for the "spinning wheel of death." Most times, it just spins, and spins, and spins, and spins.....and spins...grat idea, but needs some work. UPDATE: The app takes so long to open, that by the time we're done at the location, we're ready to go...and it still hasn't opened...
