I mostly love this app. I would like more customization options for the different items. There really needs to be an allergy button to alert the cooks making the order. For example, there's not a button for leaving the seasoning off of the papabowls. I'm allergic to wheat, and the seasoning has wheat in it. I have to call the location to let them know every time which defeats the purpose of using the app. There's not a place to leave special instructions unless you're getting it delivered.

There needs to be a "high volume of customers" alert added to the app. Not sure if its just my location but the last 2 times I ordered, the indicated delivery time was "89-99" min...The order was for a single pizza to be delivered less than 1 mile away. Then after calling to cancel the order I dont get my money back for 3 days. Order had been cold more times than I care to mention. Pretty lame.

Frustrated. Used to be fabulous, but ordered in another town,, now defaults to that location with no option to change delivery location. My original location and customer information have apparently disappeared completely. Will NOT sign up for a new account, just because y'all can't get the digital act together. Oh, and when I try to call direct to my local store, I get a call center off-shore, with no idea how to help. They tried to transfer me to local store, with no success.

App works fine but sometimes slow, these 6.99 or 8.99 deals are a scam, they should be totaling to about $14 or less than $10 but then it's almost $30 when you go to check out. If it says the price then changes and nearly triples, that seems very sketchy and I'm unsure about ordering from here again. I also had numerous times where my points I earned would never appear or they just disappear randomly.

The app itself is great. Interface is simple to use and is great with tracking rewards points. However, the order tracking features have gone downhill. I've had several disgruntled employees tell me to over the phone that even though the app says the order has been delivered, it hasn't even been fully prepared. It's very frustrating.

I like ordering Papa Johns from the app, then carrying out from a location that's near my house. I'm happy with the pizza and service at my local store, but I am frustrated by the app itself. The Android version of this app has no Cancel button on the credit card entry page. I wanted to change my payment method, but was unable to do so without force-quitting and starting over. I am dumbfounded by this design choice.

if I could give -5 I would. I have tried off and on for almost a year to sign up so I can get the rewards like you do with Marco's Pizza. sad to say it always says error can't create account at this time. so therefore I am going to cancel order and delete app. one manager did tell me yeah they have problems with the app well apparently nobody cares enough to do anything about it and I don't care enough to continue trying. love is lost now/bite me.

Pervious version was far more effective and practical. Are addresses no longer saved on the account?? I was forced to input an address (when I didn't need to order). Simply trying to check my account. So now I have a scheduled order 3 days from now with literally zero items in cart?? Nonsense.. smh Have never had any issues with the app in the past. I guess that ship has sailed

The app typically works well and is easy to use. I really wish there was an option to leave feedback on your order or contact the store through the app. My orders are frequently wrong, but my only way to address it is in-store. I've tried the online customer support, but the order number format doesn't match. The app would be a great tool for this.

Don't know what the issue was, but I tried creating an account for 3 days and it kept saying it couldn't create one. Basically, it gets one star for being an effective means of looking at the menu, but what good is a "reward" app that doesn't allow you to earn "rewards"? That's right...doing a third to half of the job for them while paying basically the same price. Even Dominos lets you create an account AND browse the menu.
