So here's my take on Personify Health. I've tested a bunch of health and fitness apps, and this one's one of the more comprehensive ones I've seen. The activity tracking and sleep monitoring features work really well, and I like the personalized coaching and plan recommendations. And it's not as slick as some other apps, but it gets the job done. The only real downside is the ads, but you can pay to remove those. Overall, it's a pretty solid all-in-one health app that's worth a look if you're trying to be more proactive about your wellbeing.

Cons

Description

Been using Personify Health for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one health and wellness platform that syncs with your activity tracker, monitors your sleep, and gives you personalized insights. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a built-in step counter, plus you can track your sleep patterns. It’s got integrations with things like MaxBuzz to show your texts and calls right on the app. And the personalized coaching and health plan features are pretty cool – took me a while to figure all that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re trying to live a healthier lifestyle, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

It's okay. Cons are that the animations after logging info (ie. steps) are unnecessary and annoying for entering info quickly. It really deters me from logging daily. I also don't...

Update...app is even worse. It no longer shows my daily Stats, so there's no way to confirm and track my steps and workouts. No way to manually enter anything in....
