I've had their credit card for three year I've always paid my bill on time. and not once have they increased my balance . 200 isn't worth using and you if you use more than 30% it hits your credit. so what's the use in having the card. and my credit scores or 670 and higher . so I believe I will cancel this card soon ..just a thought if a customer grows in a positive way so should the card..

I totally agree with Isis Ankara. I have had this card for several years now. No automatic CLI. If you request for one you have to pay a certain percentage for the amount you're approved for. They will eventually offer you another card as a way to give you more credit. However that comes with additional fees which is RIDICULOUS! to say the least. I so want to cancel them but that lowers my FICO. I suggest lower the annual fee, interest and an auto CLI for being a responsible cardholder.

I ended up canceling the account completely, there's was no option for auto payments, the app kept logging me off and locking me out, I was keeping the card to build up credit and pay the monthly fee but with all the hassles it involves its not worth to keep it. I was sent to 2 different customer service reps. One was nice, the other was rude and got off the phone so fast I wasnt sure if my Inquiry was taken care of, which resulted in me having to call back again and wait longer. Time wasted.

All of a sudden the app isn't compatible with my phone. Now I can't access my account info easily. I've had the card a year never a missed payment and they used me to a monthly fee now that ranges from 6 to 9 dollars. Instead of Rewarding you for taking care of the lil credit they give you, they charge additional annual fees on top of monthly fees. Oh and now I can't access my account online from the app any longer. Damn shame. I'll be closing my account.

this card isn't a very good card at all. If you're rebuilding your credit, I would go with the American Express card put out by Credit One Bank. It won't allow your purchases to go over the limit due to charges they charge . You'll also start out with a $700 credit limit. With it starts you out with a $500 credit limit but they take the first year's annual fee out of the credit balance.

Can't wait to close this account. Not satisfied at all with this credit card and how it's setup. I would have never even gotten it, had they been more open on how it works, dates and time. It's not a good card to build with, and I would never recommend it. DO NOT GET THIS CREDIT CARD ! STAY AWAY, AND GO WITH CAPITAL ONE, THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

It seems starting out to be the most difficult credit card to understand & use that I've ever used. Hope to get used to it soon or give it up. I didn't understand there was a seventy-five dollar yearly fee either until today. Also, on the same page, it says payment past due and payment due Oct. 18th, so which is correct? I already have 2 late payments. Can't rebuild my credit this way. No excuse, but I have been down with Covid, and my 84-year-old brain isn't the best lately.

This app really, really sucks. I can rarely get it to let me log in and it takes so long to update anything. I've put in my "requested log in code" 10 times and it still won't log me in and does this continuously. I might be lucky to get it to let me log in maybe once a week, no matter how many times I try. It takes 5-7+ days to update on payments made or transactions made, which is kind of ridiculous, especially since it says it takes up to 2 bus. days for transactions and payments to show.

Honestly, I do not normally like to be negative about a company but seriously feel they want you to miss payments. No auto pay on the app. Even when every other company has it. Charges you $38 for a late payment plus your $8 a month maintenance fee. Doesn't even seem like you can set up more than one payment at a time. Honestly, I missed my payment and immediately went on to pay it and then went to set up my next payment, and it would not let me do it. I guess til my first payment went through.

I opened an account with them to build credit and lost 100 points. This company is terrible do NOT get a credit card with them!! The customer service is rude and unprofessional and seems to have forgotten their role is to help the customer!! I never missed a payment. There was an issue with the app trying to take payments for remaining balance and charged me for payments I never attempted to make! (best believe I paid it anyway) Then when I reported it to them. They said it was "impossible"

Not up to par with other banking Apps. You can't have more than one checking account added without replacing the other. So if you try to add a second checking account, it will replace the first one you have. Other than that, the Mobile Banking App is mediocre at best. Allow us to leave a travel notice when travelling or to lock our Cards for when they're not in use. Please do regular updates and add new features either weekly or monthly. A lot of missing features. I hope to see some updates.

I like my FirstPremierCard and it's a great way to rebuild your credit after a divorce. It does however have a few dis-advantages. They charge for everything, even credit increases. This isn't a problem for me because I like having a low limit card to carry. Also, this card wants you to know the passcode at the strangest times. Better have it ready or you're up the creek. I had to sleep at a rest stop years ago because a motel wanted the passcode. It also doesn't have autopay setup on line.

Used to work fine, now it doesn't even show payments that are due, or when they're due. Won't show what the minimum payment is, and minimum payment no longer auto populates into the payment amount box, so there's no way of knowing what payment you need to make, which can result in a late fee, even if it's 1 single cent short of the full amount of the required current payment. App is broken, definitely needs fixed, and most likely will cause me to have late fees associated with payments..Thanks!

I was granted two different credit lines, however they unfortunately became maxed out, I started paying more on one of the cards. So I had available credit on one, but the other card didn't have any available credit. I tried purchasing a little food and was denied. SMH so, I called premier and they told me that's how they do it. even if you have credit available on one of your cards and you are late paying on the other and are maxed out, you won't be allowed to use the one with available funds.

I rated Premier Bankcard 2 stars for the following reasons: 1.) The year is 2025, and automatic withdrawal is not an option with this credit card company. It's time to get with it and catch up to the modern era. The other banks do it. Make it happen. 2.) You are quick to offer customers a new credit card account in addition to the current account; however, you have not made it a business practice extend thr credit line of the current account. Holy Predatory Batman! That will be more fees!!

HORRIBLE CREDIT CARD. they deny my payments since january and get a charge fee for it constantly. it's been 6 months now, and I stil can get a month payment in. they have countless excuses and acussin my bank when I've been told that the problem is on their end. I had a balance of 450 out of 1000 limit and because of the countless monthly, weekly, ect fees now I own the full 1000. Avoid this credit card at all cost. i pay all my credit caras with the same bank account and I've never had a issue

These credit cards are a scam. Stupidly high interest rates, and even when it is paid on time on a regular basis for years, mysteriously the funds that's are available become unavailable when needed the most, whenever I try to use an available balance, thief system mysteriously goes down for " maintenance" . That is not how a credit card works! If the bill is paid, and the receipt number showing a payment is on the app, it should be available immediately. it posts payments incorrectly.

They took 96, from one of my accounts, for the startup fee, but then they still put a 96 dollar fee on my premier card on top of it. it was supposed to be 1 payment of 96 dollars, this makes it 2 payments. I've also been waiting for the actual card to show up for over 10 days now, and it has still yet to show up. I'm not very happy with this card/company right now, but depending on if they do something about it to make it right, maybe I'd reconsider my feelings towards them.

The app is fine but the credit card is an absolute horror of a credit card! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CARD! They take fee after fee to where it's almost impossible to pay off! They charge a fee for just having the card.. which is around $15 to $17 a month...then interest on purchases...even if you're not making purchases! 🤔 Out of my monthly payment of $40 probably...after all their "fees" ...in reality it ends up being around $10 getting paid to my balance. Then of course their $80 annual fee!!

The only good thing about this credit card/bank is that they give you a chance to start using a credit card. I've had credit from other places without high interest rates and not affecting credit scores. They will raise your credit score and then not report on time payments, making you have to dispute inaccurate info! They lie!!! I did much better without a credit card this one! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! Credit cards are the biggest scam in America!
