glitches out every time I attempt to take a loan out or withdrawal. does not work. says error 500, internal error

app is a just a web browser! Accept cookies? Login experience could be improved. it’s not secure. Doesn’t work with bitwarden. Have to manually copy and paste the username just to get to a different password field which does work with bitwarden.

The app works well. I’ve spoken with one of their investment team members in 2012 and got me in a great portfolio for my 401k. very happy with their services.

Login is a pain. Why do I need to get a verification text every single time? My other financial apps all use fingerprints, so should this one. I also hate how limited the information is in the app compared to others. Even Vanguard has a better UI now.

This app is atrocious and has been for years. The new UI enhancements did little to fix it. There is no way to view recent account activity (contributions, purchases, etc.) and the ability to view number of shares owned is buried several menus deep.

useless app. redirects you to browser for everything. if I wanted that I would have just opened the browser. Just wanted to withdraw my rollover and its a huge process.
