Hate to leave a negative review but hopefully this will bring attention to the issues. App simply is no longer working or usable after the recent update. Please fix PSA!!!!

This app gives me all the info and access i need to see my orders status level and the reveal feature for my cards when the order is complete is my favorite feature! So far so good
Encounters errors in checking slabs (not working, and asks to log in, but even after logging in nothing happens) everytime after an update.
honestly used to be a really good app but recently it started bugging and not showing my active submissions and then when I go to the website and click on submissions to jist view them there it defaults me back to the app that isn't showing anything. I hope it gets fixed soon as I used to love this app for its convenience.
so dumb I wanted to just see if my cards were worth something so I use this app the official site of psa grading but it won't even let me scan any of my cards at all so I instead is search it up but nope there is an error so I can't do it I'm uninatalling this dumb app and psa please fix this bug
It worked for the first cool minutes, and then you stopped scanning my cards and kept having errors. Do not recommend.
I believe the estimates are not up to standards..it's alot of money to invest in grading. Then people go by what PSA puts out as an estimate. When clearly the card is worth more than what it's estimate is.. Overall PSA has fine product..I jus think there's some variables that could be buttoned up..
It was good for about couple months and now when you try to scan it or take a pic. the screen goes to black and when you try to type it, it says there was an error to open the page up.
The only reason I downloaded the app was to more easily check the status of my cards. Instead the app says I have no submissions or orders and when I click on my order on the website it takes me to the broken app.
app is so so and not too happy about the fact grades seem to be based on whether someone had coffee or a good day. proof can be shown how two different mint cards wind up with the same grade on the same day. not cool. I pay for collectors club and no explanation is given or anything.
Excellent grading service. The app makes it easy to manage your graded card submissions and vaulted cards.
love the app! huge favor, can you please add a slideshow mode in the collection tab? maybe make it so you can reorder your collection so your favs are at the top? I'm brand new to this and obsessed 😀🍻
app crashes and logs out often. Doesn't track orders well. Gives some information and overall does a job, just not well.
Infuriated at PSA. It's not fair to give me an N5 Altered Stock on a 1980 Magic/Bird rookie that was in a screw hard case since 1990. I've read all the research and understand what they say happens but I call BS. They should at least grade it. Could have been an 8 or 9 rating as I thought you couldn't get more secure using a hard case. What an absolute joke, extremely disappointed.
Sent a card to get graded and was very happy with the results. I will be using the grading option in the future. update: I have had a membership for a couple months now and it was the best decision I made since I got back into collecting.
It makes submitting an order super easy from your phone. I'm able to find all of my cards, even really rare & obscure ones with ease. The rest of the submission process is very easy & they walk you through it. I LOVE the flip to reveal grades! The search by photo option's useless. & there is only 1 type of submission available atm & that's grading sports cards. They plan on adding more with time, though. Overall, for submitting modern sports cards, it works great!
Aside from the random network error I get from time to time this app is amazing. The psa grade reveal function is really neat. It would be really cool if it was possible to organize the collection into separate folders i.e. PC vs for sale etc
I recently used PSA for the 1st time and it was the worst experience of my life! Not only did they literally LOSE the card i sent them to grade, the more than low balled me on what they offered me as compensation. They told me they go off of recent sales and showed me a screenshot of what they said was a sale, but I couldn't find that sale ANYWHERE! I believe it was a fake! I would definitely not recommend them to anyone! Horrible experience! 1 star is too many!
User friendly, intuitive, easy to use. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that the list of other grading companies they have available on the app for adding to your collection is pretty limited. I believe they only recognize 5 others: SGC, BGS, BVG, CSG, & CGC. I know for certain they do not recognize TAG or AGS, which is disappointing. Otherwise I enjoy the app.
