This is the most frustrating app I could imagine downloading. I have been trying to add 4 diffusers and I receive communication errors after it finds the diffusers. I followed the tutorial and online help, FAIL. I called the help line and received attitude and no help. Their response was a help desk technician will email you. I waited a day for the email. 4 emails back and forth in a 15 hour period of time and no resolution. The questions in the email were worthless, just like this product.

App is terrible. It hasn't been working for well over a year. Diffuser would still put out scent, but now the diffuser won't work either and it's flashing red. There's nothing in the help guide that shows what that means. I've reset the device several times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app a bunch of times as well. I love the safe scents and the idea of a smart diffuser, but I'm officially fed up. Customer support has not been helpful in the past either, so I'm reluctant to reach out.

I LOVE the product! The app, not so much. Half the time the app won't open, I can't figure out of I can actually use my pura without the app because I have probably been able to get on every other day and my new scent is arriving. It's frustrating, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work well for me. My friend has the same phone, same app with no problems, I'm perplexed.

App just recently started crashing. I am unable to use any of the diffuser functions on the app. The shop & deliveries sections are fine. I have uninstalled/reinstalled app. Thought that it was set up correctly, but I'm still not able to access/use the diffuser functions. I have also reset the diffuser & Bluetooth. I'm so frustrated right now.

This app frustrates the heck out of me! If I try to search for something specific, it does nothing after I hit enter. I can only see 2 sample cards to order, so I don't get to select the sample I want. It does not work with PayPal, which is a huge inconvenience for me. It's VERY user UN FRIENDLY. There should be a way to notate a scent you want to try in the future, like a ❤️ or something. It takes at least 3 tries to connect my unit via WiFi ... it's almost not worth it, so frustrating

I really liked my Pura at first, but with the app always being so flaky, it's not worth it. It's hard to tell if the UI is not intuitive or if it only seems that way because it never works. I have not been able to shop or control my deliveries via the app. I also kept getting notifications that one sent was running for a week straight, even though I set it up to turn off at night. It's disappointing and way too expensive.

I've had the pura devices for over a year. No major problems until recently. The physical devices constantly flash red like they are not connected. The app just says to update the app to the latest version (the update is what I think caused the problem). Outside of that it wants me to reset all the devices and check my wifi. It's a bit ridiculous considering it's a wholistic system issue, and my wifi works. My devices no longer function, and there is no real fix.

The schedules don't work at all. The device turns on and off whenever it wants to. Even if the schedule is set to not turn on the nightlight, it turns on anyway, and it is BRIGHT. If you unplug and plug back in the device, you have to redo the setup all over again. It bothers me that when I leave the house, I will either have to risk wasting the scent or unplug the device, which means I have to set up all over again. How is this any better than a cheaper plugin?

So many problems,not enough space to list them all. App and device are rarely in sync. They finally fixed the connectivity issues after a year. If I have 2 scents in the device, it switches between the 2 on it's own. When I only use 1 at a time, it still reads the old one when there is no scent in the slot so app shows as on but no scent is being used. Their support only responds back with "reset the device". Fragrance reads as "low" when I just replaced with new 1.

When I first bought the pura, it worked fine. Was able to set up and connect with no issues. I'm now ready to replace my scents and the app won't load or do anything. Last update was 5 days ago. I looked for new updates needed, uninstalled, and reinstalled and restarted my phone. Still nothing. It is very irritating not being able to use something you paid for.

Your software is AWFUL. I just upgraded per the notice I got saying 'your new App is new & improved'. My device will not stay on-line. I keep doing a new install and it doesn't matter. It's too bad because I love your product. This is not the first time I've struggled with the software and it has been acknowledged by you that it's inconsistent.

I've had it with this app and device. I have 2 puras in my home. One works perfectly (so far). The other hasn't been working for months. I have done everything their "online assistant" has recommended, multiple times. Install, Uninstall, factory reset, reconnect to wifi, forget my diffuser, set up my diffuser, reset router, moved closer, etc. Now it cannot even be found when I scan. I have reached out by email and chat with no movement in any direction. Why don't they just have a phone number?

The issues with signing in are NOT fixed. These were very expensive for me to buy.. Every time I want to use them I have to uninstall and reinstall the app.. It's a great concept but for how much I paid for how much I paid for the units and for the refills I am disappointed in how poorly the app works. For how much the Scents cost, I think they should be stronger and last longer. My airwick that are 5 for $10 last twice as long and are stronger. I wish I would not have purchased these units.

I actually like this diffuser. when it works....it works. My issue with this app hence the 4 stars is that it doesn't always communicate with the actual diffuser. I have the plug in version; it's plugged in all the time and u bothered. I'll go to the app to check the status here and there and half the time it connects and the other half it doesn't. So I dunno what the level of the scent is. I've removed it and reinserted it and still it stays the same. Most times I just don't even bother with it

Had such high hopes for this product. App never works, sometimes can't even sign in. On the tare occasion I can sign in the app glitches and I can't control my device. Device falls offline more times then not. It is very frustrating. And to top it all off the product doesn't last as long as I would like especially for the price point. Dont waste your time or money!

I love the product itself- the scents are lovely and I love the ability to control the scent strength via the app. But when it comes to ordering- the app is frustrating. •I can't search for a specific scent. •I can't SORT the search results. I can't sort by Best Seller, Rating, price, etc. I end up spending what feels like an eternity to swap fragrances. • If I want to toggle back to my search results, I have to refresh the page. A simple "x" to close a scent detail would be great!

For an app that basically has 1 job, you would think they could make it work. For such a simple app, it is the buggiest app I have ever used. Nothing works as expected. Setting schedules almost never works, which is why I bought this to begin with. Set a new schedule yesterday and it continued to run a schedule that no longer is there. It is running the left fragrance when it isn't even part of the schedule.... this would be an awesome product if the app worked.

App keeps notifying me the fragrance is low and I need to replace it. But when I look at which one is low they both read as "high" levels still. I've had this for less than a week and only used one fragrance for a few hours. I've uninstalled the app and now only use it with home assistant. Your smart device shouldn't require a workaround to use. I've reached out to support with no response.

great but could use some simple improvements. When shopping, there should be an "add to Queue" feature in addition to "add to cart for those scents that you want to add to your rotation. Also the new feature of hours used is inaccurate. I drive 4 minutes a day to and from work and in 5 days it said I used my Pura car unit for 23 hours, when it's really less than one hour. Abandon the hour measure and please go back to using the percentage of fragrance used or the percentage left. much easier.

I manage two devices with the app and it has worked really well so far. Sometimes it it gets confused when the code letters are populated by the scanner instead of manually entered. I would like the ability to schedule an increase in the intensity over a set number of weeks. I would also like to be able to track how long I've used a fragrance since I'll swap them out while there is still a lot of life left.
