Mostly great app, i wish it would allow me to say (+) more or (-) light on the toppings. It doesn't seem to work to get credit for an order that i pay for at the counter, only through the app. Their frequent customer bonus of reduced price on every order of Queso and chips on top of tracking points for free food is the best thing going. I raised this with the developer with no response several days later other than "this has been sent to the right group".

Does the job, app has become dated and needs revision. Needs better support for efficient menu navigation, order revisions and scheduling, and modern payment methods. Devs: Don't overthink it and delay years - do an uplift in phases starting with easy payments ...and refunds. Look at taco bell refunds for what not to do. They charge even if the store is closed and require you to ask for a refund.

If you eat here this app is awesome. I've gotten many free entrees from just scanning my phone. It's definitely worth it and fun. Also is pretty easy to rack up points cuz the food is so good and the price makes it better! I have had a experience where I ordered online during a snowstorm and when we arrived they were closed, they didn't give me a refund but in fact gave me 2 free meals and 2 drinks the next day. Awesome customer service.

If I could I would give this app 0 stars. I used to go to Qdoba frequently and they changed to this awful slow and sometimes unresponsive app over a year ago. I had the old Qdoba card and that was discontinued last year and now they forcing everyone to use the app and migrating earning rewards to that. Apparently points are not being accrued properly despite me scanning the barcode on the app in store before paying for my order. I know I have enough points to at least redeem for some chips and queso, but when I try to redeem it says "No item for sale." All this despite the rewards wallet showing I have 24 visits and more than enough reward points.

(1) App never works properly. When choosing delivery, it almost always hangs and never actually continues (2) Ordering breakfast, if you don't order 30 minutes before it ends, it won't let you order, saying the items aren't available anymore, meaning that for 30 minutes no orders can be made. The store I selected does support breakfast, but Doordash is quite a bit more expensive (3) The app overall is clunky and takes forever to load on my Pixel Fold, and needs a complete revamp

The app is mostly fine, but for whatever reason, it will not allow me to order certain items on mobile. Certain deals are available on the app, but when I try to select them, it asks me to make selections for sides that do not appear on the app. I discussed this with customer service and was told to update the app, which didn't fix the problem.

I order from Qdoba at least twice a week these days. There's about a 75% chance that the app fails to complete my order in one way or another. Most of the time I get all the way to the checkout page before the app tells me that the store isn't accepting orders at this time. The menu is frequently - inexplicably - missing certain items and ingredients. When I visit the store in person I find that (surprise surprise) they are actually open, accepting orders, and fully stocked with all ingredients.

App is alright, when adding items to your order, after you have selected everything it takes you back through your selections in reverse before it adds it to the cart. If you need to edit something in your cart you need to unselected and reselect all options or it is wrong. Better to just delete the item in your cart and start over. Also you can only use 1 reward at a time on the app, but if I go in the store to order and can do as many as I want. Old version of app allowed this.

Since the update, the app will not allow me to update my profile information. I'm trying to add my name and number in and the page won't save it. When I go on a computer to log in, it won't let me log in, I get a "need valid first name" error, which as previously stated, won't let me do. Whenever I order, the add rewards function is stuck on loading. Defeats the purpose of an app, I am a tier 4 member, frustrating this application is problematic. My business is going to Chipotle, unfortunately.

It constantly logs me out, and when I go to log in again I get constant "oops, something went wrong" messages. Luckily I still have my key card, but can't use my points when I want them because of this. It won't let me open messages until after they've expired. All in all a terrible app. Pointless waste of space on my phone.

I hate this app. It has ingredients sub menus that are not evident until you click on something and it reveals. Ordering is now convoluted. Rewards even worse. And you can only get one reward at a time unlike most restaurants. Forget about the 6 free chips and queso on my account that don't require points. A simple part asks if I want to add it to my order. Ok I do. Not trying to use any other rewards either. At checkout it states not valid entry. Wow. You fail.

Since the beginning of this year, the app has really been buggy. Unable to place orders, issues with adding items and being sent back to the locations page, etc. Used to be an avid Qdoba customer. Now, it's a once a month ordeal if that. I only order when I have an hour to waste. Edit 08/13/24: Stop revising the rewards program. No longer able to use the 2$ chips and queso reward, which was the only deal that brings me back.

I have more than 100 visits to Qdoba. I had more than 10,000 points on the previous rewards version. From the upgrade, my points were converted to free entrees and they gave me a month to use them. I wasn't able to use them by the end of March, so I lost 4 free entrees. It took a long time to earn and accumulate those points to only be given a certain amount of time to use them. Highly disappointed. I have been a long time customer of Qdoba for nearly 10 years. I hardly feel like going anymore.

Qdoba updated their app to reduce business. The old app, while a little quirky, was pretty much exactly what I wanted. I could order online or if at the store I could use the app to cash in rewards and/or pay at the register. More difficult to order and the pay option has been removed. Another sad sign of Qdoba just giving up, the two dollar queso perk is gone, or at least seems to be. I have six uses of it before July, not sure it will come back. Qdoba can't afford it, I guess.

I have been trying to log into this app for 10 minutes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. When I try to log in the "Q" flashes across the screen and nothing happens after that. This surely does NOT encourage me to patronize your establishment. I've already lost a reward that ended on the last day of February 2020 due to this terrible app. I guess I'll be losing from now on.

The card system was way better. I've lost all the points from my card account because I couldn't link it to the app, even after sending an email asking about it. The instructions I was given didn't work. I've also lost countless points because I can't figure out how to enter the "claim ID" codes at the bottom of the receipts. I've tried entering those codes on the website, but the site won't let me log in to my account. The app looks great and seems like it should be easy to use, but it's not.

I absolutely love the convenience of the app but it's sometimes a pain to use. for example, I like rice in my nachos, and I know I'm not the only one who does because most locations ask in store, but there's no way to order that online. the only way to do it is add it to the name line and hope they see it! with as simple as coding is these days, please do something about this. otherwise, keep up the good work!

This app could be great, but Qdoba is not putting in the effort to fix the issues. They give you points for each purchase, which you can use towards future purchases. You can use the app to purchase your meal in advance, but only if the ingredients of your order meets what they have in the app. Not all of the ingredients are there, such as chorizo, and after several comments over 2 years, I finally got a response which says that they don't offer mobile ordering of breakfast at this time. Since I can't use the app to place my order, then I lose out on a lot of points.

I love qdoba, but your app it totally garbage. I can't log in to my account, and I can't create a new one because my phone number is already in use. and judging from other reviews, this problem has gone on for a very long time. this honestly feels like being cheated out of rewards. points I could be earning and using going right out the window because I cannot login, it just goes back to the login menu.

on multiple phones as well as after many total system reformatting. this app has quit working as of about 4 or 5 months ago. it always has issues. the latest is that I have been unable to check out after picking the food items that I want. as soon as I hit check out, the buffering symbol pops up and never goes away. I have not been able to use their app in all this time. I used to love it. now it is just impossible to use.
