So here's my take on Reach: Mass Text for Business. I've tried a bunch of business communication apps and this one's pretty solid. The mass texting and emailing features work really well, and I like how you can save message templates. And the cloud backup is also super useful. The downsides are that the UI could be more intuitive, and the free version is a bit limited. But if you need a simple way to reach your customers and contacts, Reach is definitely worth considering.

Pros

  • Tons of business-focused features like mass texting, email templates, and contact management
  • Cloud backup to keep your data safe
  • Easy to use once you get the hang of it
  • Free version is a good starting point

Cons

  • Interface can be a little clunky and not the most intuitive
  • Free version is pretty limited, have to pay to unlock all features
  • Might be overkill if you just need basic messaging for your small biz

Description

Been using Reach: Mass Text for Business for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you send mass texts and emails to your business contacts. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a feature to upload contacts from a CSV, which is super handy for managing your business directory. And you can save message templates for things like announcements or follow-ups. Real time-saver. Plus, you can backup all your messages and contacts to the cloud, so no worries about losing your data.

Look, if you’re running a small business and need an easy way to blast out texts and emails, you’ll probably like Reach. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
