So here's my take on Reframe: Cut Back on Alcohol. I've tested a bunch of sobriety and drinking habit apps, and this one's pretty solid. The science-backed approach and daily tasks are helpful for staying accountable. The community feature is a nice touch too. But it's not without its issues - the short free trial and occasional annoying ads can be a turnoff. Still, if you're serious about cutting back, this is one of the better options out there.

Description

I’ve been using Reframe: Cut Back on Alcohol for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage and cut back on your drinking habits. Pretty solid if you’re trying to get a handle on your alcohol intake.

Here’s what you do: there’s a 160-day program with daily tasks and education around the science behind drinking. It’s got progress tracking so you can see how you’re doing, and you can also join a private community for support. Took me a while to figure out all the features but they’re pretty useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re trying to quit or just drink less, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the free trial is only 7 days, which is a bit short. But overall it does the job and is worth checking out.
