I took my stars back, for now. I haven't been able to log in to the app for weeks! Meanwhile there's only so much you can do online for some reason. Therefore making something as simple as a reconcile or mobile deposit extremely difficult. I enter my log in credentials and nothing happens. It sits on that screen until I exit. I have deleted, reinstalled, updated, used biometrics, and even entered it all manually. I don't know what else to try!!!!

The issue of not being able to log in has lasted a few weeks now. Won't go beyond entering a username and password. Update: it's been over a month now that can't login. The app will tell you if you've entered a wrong username or password but if you enter it correctly it just freezes. How is this not corrected? If you had a previously working build the logical troubleshooting would be to go back to that version before the issues! What on earth was changed that is taking this long to debug?

The app worked just fine for years. Now when I enter my info and hit log in, the boxes with my info in them go blank, the app freezes and I can't fix it. I even tried uninstalling it. This seems to be an issue with many people. The response is to put in a ticket online. I'll pass on that, moving my money to a bank who's app actually works or will fix it ASAP.

Can we please have the old app back?!!!! If it were possible to give this new version 0 stars I would. Most of the time it won't let me log in, it just freezes. When I can log in and try to do a transfer, it freezes. Previous version worked flawlessly for me and I do not have issues with any other apps, so it is not my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same issues. Regions needs to recall this version and use the previous one until they get the bugs worked out.

Old app was superb and worked very fast. You can't even make transfers with the new app. You hit the 'choose account to transfer from' button, a minute later (literally) the options pop up, same thing happens with the other options. It took me 10 minutes to make 3 transfers, something I could have done in under 30 seconds on the old app.

It worked just fine in the past, but now it's getting to the point where dang near every evening I can't get into it! Completely inconviencing me. That's not cool when I have to leave my items in the store because the app is acting up and I cant unlock my card. Ridiculous. I understand a mishap here and there but several times a week is not it! I tried re-installing app. I tried restarting and updating. Its the App and im highly annoyed.

I have downloaded the Regions app at least 10 different times on 3 different android phones over the past 18 months and have never even had it open for me. It's not a big deal for me as i can use the mobile banking tool on the website, but using the app would definitely be more convenient. I read this latest update and thought the issue was fixed; so I gave it one more try. Surprise, surprise, surprise...no, the little wheel just keeps on turning, and the app never opens.

Just opened an account yesterday. Downloaded app today, and it crashes after loading and displaying a dialog box that says "Error Code 605". Really disappointing. Probably going to close the account if I can't get the app working. EDIT2: Told me to enroll for online banking, which wasn't the problem. I replied to the email and after a few weeks of no response I closed my accounts. Someone at the branch that closed me out said there have been problems with this app for about a year.

the app is seemingly disigned to lag behind and give you an incorrect balance so they can charge you for an overdraft. (that and intrest on loans is how they make their money) and that's if you can get the app to run at all. just use your mobile browser to check your balance, in the end it will save you battery life, data, and lots of $36 overdrafts.

I like it but it's been slow to update lately. It took 3 days for it to show a bill I paid online with my card and would like it more if there was the option to see pending checks. Maybe let us take a picture of a check that we send in for a bill or enter it in as an unofficial charge until it clears. I always forget or add it up wrong when I'm tired.

I have had Regions for years and have never had ANY issues with this app until recently. Now when I enter my login information, it blanks out the form and NEVER loads! Sure it is easy to use a web browser to check my balance, but it is an ABSOLUTE inconvenience not being able to make mobile deposits. I have been patiently waiting for them to send out an update to fix it, but it seems like that isn't going to happen any time soon! SUPER frustrating! Get it together Regions!

Unable to login. It would be one thing if there was a notice saying "Down for routine maintenance"... but there is no such notice. And even if there were, I'd think this could be done at some poi t of decreased use, ie in the middle of the night... not at 11CST on a Friday. Point is- a mobile app is useful in a pinch. Not available in a pinch = not useful. Can't rely on it. Can't recommend or endorse the bank who produced it. I have 3 banks, and can log in to the other 2 without fail every time i have ever tried. Not the case with Regions. They were last to get mobile deposit up and going g, and obviously the last to develop a reliable platform.

When they are running system maintainence, you can't log into the app or the website. I lock my cards, so trying to unlock them, to pay bills, is a pain. Now, it keeps telling me to download the latest version, even after installing and unistalling the app several times. I am very frustrated!! Other than that, the app is ok.

It's so annoying when their stupid biometric thumb reader doesn't work, when the login bottom doesn't work, and when I can't even get to the login because the app won't load!!! If the app login worked every time I clicked into the app and I'm able to see what I need to see and do what I need to do, then I'd give it 4 stars. Please fix Regions, you all have hundreds of millions of dollars, this type of stuff shouldn't be happening as frequently as it does!

I regularly use numerous bank apps, and make a habit of trying out new and interesting banks. This app is by far the worst that I've ever had the displeasure of using. Constant issues. It is also the only bank I've ever seen not care about uptime, they will consistently take access down every night so that you can't view your account between certain times. AND take down access randomly throughout the day. At the grocery store and want to check your balance? Ha! Good luck.. and that's one issue

Mobile deposit is a pain now. I've never had an issue with it and have deposited this way many times. Now, no matter how many times I retake a picture I keep getting different error codes saying that my picture isn't well lit or blurry. No matter how many different dark backgrounds and lighting I try I cannot get it to go through. Reading through the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one with this issue. I love regions but this is frustrating. I hope it gets fixed very quickly.

The application worked well for years, and now it is frozen in the sign in page. No solution has been given for some time now, which is very inconvenient. Update: I went to the bank, they uninstall/installed app and didn't work because it didnt work with the user name and password saved on the phone. When I actually wrote them. Then the app opened and worked fine. No problems since then.

Easy to use and reliable. Update- have not been able to open app and log in for 5 days now. Please fix. Update December 21- app was fixed and worked a total of 2 days, then suddenly I can't log in again. It's going to cause bank accounts to bounce cause I can't transfer and deposit. What is going on?!?! I've been a loyal customer for 12 years all our business is with regions....... should I reconsider?

I've been using this app with no problems until the recent update, now I've got to log out right after I log in. My password was able to be entered from the stored passwords and now it won't come up at all. The app should go back to the way it was, it was easy to use and nicer had a problem with it. This update is terrible, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I've been using the all with no issue for years! and now it's not working. I put my username and password in and it does nothing! absolutely nothing! I put it in over and over again and it just deletes the password. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and sometimes it'll work, only to just do the same thing again.
