First off, what a great app! Straight forward and doesnt throw too much at you on one screen. Now the issue I have is that I think I speak for employees and the employer when I say that there needs to be a calendar option for setting availabilty. As someone in multiple sports. Its hard to have to send in requests every week because of a fluctuating schedule. A smart move would be to create a month calendar where you can set days and times of availability. More effecient & easier for both sides!

Android user. I haven't been able to successfully open the app in days. Every time I try, I have to sign in, then am prompted to download the update and redirected to the play store. There is no update to download and thus the cycle continues. I try anyways to uninstall, turn my phone, reinstall, open the app and the same thing happens. I am a manager and use this app for a million tasks other than just scheduling. To say this is inconvenient is an understatement.

Gives no notifications. Doesn't offer calendar integration. And often doesn't load for minutes at a time. For an app that's been out since 2019 it feels like it's still in Beta and very incomplete. It does offer toast integration however but if that's the only plus then there are other apps that can work in it's place.

This app is not user-friendly. As noted by others, I am not getting notifications. Also, if I want to use filters on the schedule, I have to apply them every time I want them. I don't need to know everyone who is working, just those with the same job code. I would like to be able to apply the filters once and remove them manually if needed. Clarity in the shift pickup would be nice.

Garbage. My restaurant has been making the switch to 365 from hotschedules. Ive worked with many scheduling apps and this is by far the worst. The IT and user interface makes me truly question if this app/service has any security or reliabilty to it whatsoever. Users (managers) are able to log in to the app but not desktop; shifts dissapear; half of the staff is not able to create a user login after multiple contacts with help desk. I was recomended the "black" app for managers. Its defunct.

Not horrible so far. No notifications when things change on my schedule and nothing under notifications to change and update to get notifications. Don't receive anything via email. I did receive a text with my schedule the last few but not this most recent one. Could use a messaging feature. As well as a staff list so we can communicate with coworkers about switching/covering shifts. Can't download my pay stubs and it just says download failed. Lots to improve upon but not as bad as expected

Friendly when it comes to showing schedule, set availability and request trade. It is hard to understand the process to complete the trade or cover request. I don't like nor understand why in my Android phone I can't check the restaurant schedule once my shift starts, I can't see who I am working with for the day, apple phones doesn't have that issue.

This app is way too glitchy. I can't request time off, drop shifts, or pick shifts up. When I click on a shift or request off, it says something went wrong and it won't load. I've tried everything from force stopping the app to uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing has worked. *Edit* After reading other reviews I see I'm not the only person having problems with an app that is 5 YEARS old.

Terrible!! 0 stars should be an option! I have had problems trying to log in recently, constantly requesting a temporary password... Then about 2 weeks ago, my app shortcut disappeared and the only way to get in to the app is to go to the play store and search it. It says that it is still installed on my phone and I can open it from in there (but it looks different) ANDDD I can't find it anywhere on my phone itself... This used to be a pretty good app but now it just gives me nothing but issues!

I hate that once my clock in time has passed I cant use the app to see who is working that evening. Also, in the messages part, I wish there was a way to message "all servers" or "all back of house" whatever position, to try and pick up shifts. All in all, I hate we switched to this. I miss hot schedules which I never thought I would say.

By far the worst app I've used at a restaurant for scheduling. As others have said, it doesn't load anything most of the time, no option to sync with my Google calendar app, and doesn't even show my schedule in the app most of the time. So frustrating. Is there messaging functioning? Maybe? All I see is a blank announcement page and a "dashboard" that only has the name of the company I work for. Helpful.

Without a doubt the worst scheduling app I have ever used. All pages take an eternity to load, the app force stops almost daily, the login doesn't work 1 times out of 4, and password must be reset. There is no way to tell who picked up a shift first, making it impossible to fairly approve shift trades. Seeing available shifts is difficult as you must go through each individual day to see them. Notifications are spotty and the messaging system is extremely counterintuitive.

Awful. Every second time you access it, it loads nothing, forcing you to close and open it again. There's also no way to recover your username if you forget it, which absolutely sucks when you change phones or are forced to factory reset. The text messages and emails are sufficient if you don't need to request time off, trade shifts, or check who else is working; otherwise, you're in for a very bad time.

it's not straightforward and it loses the schedule if you go to the wrong place. "dashboard" and "announcements" are just confusing. you could use those alongside links to the schedule and time off requests and so on. personaly. after signing in I just want to see my schedule 99 percent of the time so why not have that pop up right away?

Due to recent update, I can no longer log in to see my schedule. Keep getting an error message: "Something went wrong. Try again later". **Update: Another update was released to fix the bug issues, it took them a week to fix this. Maybe, be more thorough when you're about to release an update specially when companies use this app to post employee schedules. ** **1/22/23 Another update: Due to another update, I'm getting errors again and can't access the app**

Periodically the app crashes and will not open saying try again later. I've had this for a week after out business switched and have had an issue every single day. Also from the employee perspective, no way to set alerts for making shifts available or to see them easily. Also cannot offer a reason that you cannot work the shift. Maybe this is great from a management perspective, but as someone in the service industry for over 15 years, this app has a lot of room for growth.

Disappointing at best. Notification for messages but that's it and even those sometimes don't come through. No notifications for shifts being posted as well as pickups being approved or denied which is the most important for servers. Also doesn't show posted shifts on the overall schedule. You have to rotate through day by day to see them. In short, it sucks. Worked for 3 different companies from small to large including Darden and their app is far better.

This is the worst app I've ever had in my life; not just the worst scheduling app, THE WORST APP!!! I hate it so much, and I wish that my employer didn't use it. I don't get notifications even though they're turned on, you don't get notified if your schedule changes or a shift is up for grabs, and sometimes it just crashes and you can't get into it. It just plain sucks and it's stupid.

I have reached out twice via email and the email was kicked back and the contact page has the option to chat and no options for what problem I am experiencing. All has been well until the last update and my manager sent me a message, I can see the message, but I can't respond to it because the buttons that are at the bottom of my phone are there. So if I touch the comment box to pull up my keyboard, it just closes the screen or minimizes it. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app

Worked for me at first. This app does not seem to like Android for some apparent reason. I can see messages but can not reply to or create them. Nor can I pick up shifts. Also, it will stay on the loading r365 screen forever unless you force close it. Please fix this ASAP. If I could get rid of it, I would, but it's what my job uses. Shouldn't have to go to an iPhone for one app 🙄
