So here's my honest take on Reveri: Immediate AI relief. I've tested a bunch of mental health and sleep apps, and this one's pretty solid. The AI-guided hypnosis is backed by legit research from Stanford, and it actually works in as little as 10 minutes. I've found it helps me relax and manage my anxiety way better than meditation apps. It's not a miracle cure, but it's a helpful tool. The only downside is that the content can get stale if you use it every day, but mixing it up with the different sessions prevents it from getting too repetitive.

Description

Been using Reveri: Immediate AI relief for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that uses AI-guided self-hypnosis to help you manage all sorts of issues like chronic pain, anxiety, and insomnia. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you just pick what you need help with, close your eyes, and listen to the AI-powered audio. And there’s also a journaling feature which is pretty cool. And you can get personalized recommendations based on your brain style – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re looking for natural, fast-acting relief, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the audio can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

Not as advertised. On the tim Ferris podcast I'm pretty sure the doctor says it's free. Not even part of it is free - unless you hand over the credit...
