Been using RISE: Sleep Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that tracks your sleep and energy levels. Pretty solid if you’re into health and fitness apps.
Here’s what you do – it monitors your sleep automatically and gives you insights on how much sleep debt you have and your daily energy levels. And there’s also a bunch of other features like sleep sounds, meditation, and an alarm clock. Took me a while to figure some of it out but it’s all pretty useful.
Look, if you’re trying to get better sleep and more energy, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the premium subscription is kinda pricey – but overall it does a great job. Worth checking out.
