Stupid process for entering birth date. Really stupid. Got to scroll back a month at a time. When you're 64 y.o. that can take awhile. Also what's with the 10 digit password? Edit - so they updated the app, but still haven't fixed the stupid date field issue. Finally got a physical card so I could buy gas cheaper. But they want more info than the FBI has on me. Not worth it for $.10/gal. I can save almost that much just using my rewards credit card. Uninstalled.

1st off, the station I frequent knew nothing about the program; a new open opened nearby, they did. Got 2 cards tried to register but must've screwed up: at the pump doesn't recognize my tel numbers; can't login because it doesn't recognize my password; how much time ya think I'm spending w apps while trying to pump gas? Tech support is non existent/non-responsive= I give up. Benefits aren't supposed to be this much work.

This app ended up costing me $35 and a rude collection agency call. I switched checking accounts and tried to change it on the app. It was unclear if it worked. It just kept telling me that I already had an account. I tried a small transaction (under $10) to see if it would be declined or if I would get a notice/link to change my bank information. Neither happened. Instead, I got a rude call from a collection agency representative saying I owed an additional $35 fee that they refused to waive.

App is OK - when it works - could be better. "Dismiss" is incorrectly spelled on the app - so clearly someone needs to do a better job with QA. App has given me enough problems in the store that it's just easier to tell the person your phone number to get proper credit. Their whole technology bit is getting there, just not yet as polished.

Day #3 I'VE UNINSTALLED & REINSTALLED & APP STILL NOT WORKING! Please fix the app. locking up, crashing. Fix so I can give 5 stars. otherwise I love the app. Everyday I get free lunch and I'm always racking up points. It's so much better than any other in store & gas station app. It's saving me a lot of money. But again, once the problem is fixed, I'll give 5 stars . it's been half hour, I was able to change my password and login app. I played the game and won my daily 5pts & it crashed 2xs.

Great rewards program! Their site however is horrible!! Not user friendly! I've been trying to set up rofo pay and it's been a pos!! I am not fond of this new update! In a email that notified us of update and that we wouldn't be able to get points during the maintenance, we'd get 1000 points, not 400! THE WORST THING THOUGH, THEY REMOVED THE GAME IN THE APP!! I PLAYED THAT GAME EVERYDAY! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I like RoFo, and I love saving 10 cents a gallon on gas, but honestly this app isn't really very good. The app just doesn't offer much. For example, I should be able to look up gas prices for individual stations. Since station prices upload directly to each store, they could be uploaded to the app at tge same time.

I love using my Royal Farms Rewards. This program has made it possible to earn free food, coffee, and other drinks, in addition to other grocery and convenience items. All I have to do is pick up a Rewards card at any location, download the app, and set up an account. Every time I go to any Royal Farms location I'll use my Rewards number which is found on the card. If I don't have my card I'll just use the phone number associated with my account. It's so easy and so worth it. FREE FOOD !!!

My experience was great with the staff but it's an inconvenience that the self checkout machines are only taking EBT., Credit and debit cards now. It was much more convenient and quicker before when the self-checkout was available to everyone and accepted cash as well. It also seems like I'm not earning as many points with specific items as I did before or receiving as many offers to redeem. As well as not getting any discount when buying Royal Farms products..

If icould giveth app 0 stars I would. I have been trying for several months to create my account to be able to see how many points I have accumulated and to be able to use my rewards and every single time I get to the ending of the page and click the button for my account to be created I keep getting an "ERROR" message. I can understand the first time maybe even the second( I'm a very patient person) but this has been well over 10 times. I just tried again and once AGAIN I got the same BS. HELP!

App needs work. Have setup. Signed in. User info and rewards appear. Go into store. Scan the card No! Have to use the app now! Go into app. Sorry can not connect. 3x reload change to wifi. Still not working. What's the point in having a card if I have to open the app to use my rewards while standing at the register or in store? What if I didn't want to use my phone? Depends on 5g or wifi. This setup needs work.

To say that this has been frustrating would be an understatement. Trying to set up a account has been a trial and a half. It demands a lot of information from you and should you put anything in wrong, you have to fill it all again. Then linking a bank has been a trial. I couldn't even get my card linked to use the gas discount. (Let's be honest, if you're doing this... It's for the gas discount.) This shouldn't be this difficult. Fix your system.

I've had this app for a few yrs. now and had always worked great. However, in the past 3 to 4 mos. I've been unable to successfully play the game portion for bonus points. Every time I click tiles, it will turn over both selected but then freeze and unable to turn back. There's no availability to continue on. I'd been hoping that it was a glitch in app that would soon be fixed but it's clear now after all these mos. that it either has not been reported or does not seem to be a priority.

It was working just fine and now suddenly will not open and keeps crashing! It doesn't matter what I do; cache uninstall and reinstall, etc. Very frustrating as I had a notification that I could get a free meal (fish and chips) today only and now it won't open. I'm sitting here in the parking lot trying to figure this out but not having any luck.

The app frequently won't open because of an 'unexpected error' trying to login which is a problem if you need to show your rewards card on self checkout (I don't have a physical one). I would expect more online ordering/payment features so I could place my order in advance, pay, and then confirm when I arrive to have food prepared. I do like the daily match game when the app will open without error.

I continue to get "an unexpected error has occurred" message when I'm finished inputting my info. Secondly, its ridiculous to have to hit the back button 552 times to input my birthdate. This app is terrible, unfortunately Royal Farm is the closest convenience store to me. The 7-11 app was great, I may have to go a little out of my way to go back to 7-11.

Overall the concept is great. I love the rewards aspect too. I suggest bringing back the game...loved that (though I never won it). Next suggestion would be, if someone orders on the app to pick up in store, give them the store based order number or they will be waiting forever. Also, redeeming rewards is a cumbersome process that needs improvement. All in all, good app, just needs some work.

RoFo Pay is abysmal to setup, took 20 minutes of fighting app reboots every time I changed apps to get information, required a lot of deeply personal information which shouldn't be needed for something like this, and after all that, THEY STILL NEED MORE! Streamline your process guys. Rewards programs are meant to be convenient and easy to use, now I have to give them more information and wait up to ten business days for my account to start working!

This review is only for the account creation portion of the application, as I didn't have a rewards account prior to downloading. In the Date of Birth field, it is impossible to simple enter a date. Instead, the app displays a one month calendar. This forces you to tap an arrow an unnecessary amount of times to find the correct date. A better implementation would be to have separate day/month/year fields that get entered individually.

Many times now I've had problems that prevent me from using it to order food, redeem points, or scan my barcode at checkout. When I'm stopping at a gas station, I don't have ten minutes to trouble shoot an app to get it to load when I know I'm connected to internet because everything else on my phone is working. I'm writing this after trying reinstalling, clearing data, logging in again, nothing works. trying wawa instead today, just trying to redeem rofo points before deleting app at this point
