Been using RP Diet Coach & Planner for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you plan meals, track calories and macros, and reach your fitness goals. Pretty solid if you’re into that sort of thing.
Here’s what you do: you plug in your info and the app gives you personalized calorie and macro targets. And there’s also a meal timing guide – it tells you when to eat to maximize results. And there’s a cool feature to track raw vs cooked food, so you can log things exactly how you weigh them. Took me a bit to figure all that out but it’s been really useful.
Look, if you’re trying to lose fat, build muscle, or just maintain your weight, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little confusing at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re serious about your nutrition.
