Reviews for Salesforce

this is a big improvement from the last time I used the SF mobile app many years ago. When I'm on the road and can't remember the address or the other customer's name or the value of the opportunity...now its at my fingertips!

Honestly, the login and authentication is so cumbersome. They don't make it easy, not user friendly. Really missing the mark, I'm somewhat tech savvy, I feel bad for those who aren't.

It is a miracle if any page you click on loads. I have 1 gig up/down and can navigate the desktop site (from that same network) very quickly - and for the very few parts of Salesforce that I can pull up on my mobile browser (without it forcefully pulling up this app which then fails to load that page) - those pages load instantly via Chrome, Brave, etc.

Edit 8/30/2025 - to those user who suffer useless notification and consistent logout issue, turns out clearing cache and reloading won't work. You have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work again. Unfortunately, this kind of information is not shared by Salesforce.

I can never get this app to work. I am constantly having to uninstall/reinstall so it will work for a week and then inevitably not. While I can select the taskbar items across the bottom, NOTHING else is workable, no matter if I run mobile only, sales only or service console. I cannot edit account details, add new opportunities or log a call-the 3 most important functions for out company. I waste more time trying to get this to work properly than I do using it. I am 100% LESS efficient now.

as far as a dump truck dispatch goes it is terrible took the company a long time to set it up.and still has a lot of useless information on it and has a lot of steps to get to what you need. further more if it's for cdl drivers why is there Spanish on here to hold a cdl int the states you have to read, write, and understand English. I wouldn't recomend wasting your money texting drivers is much simpler and cheaper and more efficient.

I'm a sales director, and when I'm on the road I rely on this app to look up accounts and opportunities, and to approve discount requests. This is not an intuitive app to use, and it doesn't seem to have been updated since I've been using it (around 2019). I would expect a more user-friendly interface from a company like Salesforce.

Completely non-functional. I get stuck on infinite loading screens the moment I try to access any assigned groups. Trying to submit a support ticket forces me to go through an AI chatbot. Terrible app made by a terrible company. If my job didn't force me to use it I would literally set my phone, and then myself, on fire for ever having used this garbage.

crashes 10-20x per session. On my Android and the iPad. The mobile suite is terrible. I have to constantly hard close the app it'll just freeze on me it won't let me move the page up or down honestly costing me money and anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes additional with each client. every time I try to open Aurora through Salesforce it brings me to a page that says it's better in the app. If you download the app it doesn't let you use Salesforce. How is this app used by sales orgs??? 🤔🤯😵‍💫

It's correct that you get a message saying you don't have internet access though you do. This prevents you from logging in. If by since miracle, it lets you in, there is no informacion, just a blank white screen with a menu bar. It never remembers my device, even if I log in 3 times in succession. Because it doesn't, every time I want to log in, it sends a verification code, which is annoying. It also doesn't remember my username, despite clicking "remember me". Don't download. Just don't.
