I am a Long time "in-store" customer of Sally Beauty. Decided to try ordering online. I placed three orders. 2 of those orders were missing items and one even had an incorrect item that I didn't order. Some items were out of stock but still listed as for sale. I was sent an email to review the items that I purchased. After submitting reviews, Sally's emails me saying that some of my reviews weren't approved. They are handpicking reviews for their products..... Be careful. It's your hair!

products will say available for 2HD then when added to basket, products will no longer be available for delivery. that is. waste of time. I have to add multiple types of the same product after researching the best one for me to use to then have to choose something else because the system isn't accurate with what's available for delivery. then to have the app constantly glitch and take forever loading pages, info, and processing orders is just ridiculous. update your programming sheesh.

I love sally but the employees at my local store are standoffish and awkward and the app is a nightmare. It's glitchy, freezes all the time, makes me enter my card information and address multiple times, randomly empties my cart, and just overall sucks. The web site isn't much better. However, there are a handful of items they don't carry at ulta that sally has, so i will carry on spending 30 minutes trying to buy hair dye and nail polish remover online.

Was a 5 star, but this current "update" is awful. Cart won't load. Takes forever to make changes in the cart. One minute it's available for 2hr delivery, the next it's not.(well within the delivery hours) Had to remove items and then replace them to work. FINALLY got my order placed then it was mysteriously canceled 20 minutes later. Only I didn't know it because I NEVER GOT an app notification. I waited, no items, now it's too late. Ugh...what happened to this app?

I always get my hair dye and similar products here. They have a great selection of hair colors (especially the bright ones, my favorite!) and several brands to choose from as well. They carry tons of salon quality nail polish, have a decent amount of assorted makeup, and of course they stock all kinds of hair care/styling products and tools!!! They offer a rewards program and regularly promote sales and coupons! I've been a Sally's patron for over 2 decades and I highly recommended it!!!

I would give less stars for the app if I could. This was the worst time I have ever had ordering online ever. It would not except my info In spite of the fact I tried five times to put it in. The customer service phone fix had me on the phone on hold for almost a half hour. She told me I didn't have an account , but I clearly do. I opted for text messages to get the discounts on my first order. I have the mail to prove it. I ended up setting up a new account. It was drama to add mycard to pay

What a nightmare! I have tried 5 times over the past 2 days to check out to make a purchase! I start the process update everything & then the items in my cart are incorrect! I have to go back multiple times to start the process again! Yesterday I gave up! Today I had to do the same! What is going on with this app? I don't experience this with any other shopping experience. It deletes items & adds items that I have as favorites saved. I have to update my info every time. Too many issues with this

Installed and shipped for 30 minutes before I got a message that they needed to do a security check and my access was denied. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it and now within 2 minutes of logging in, I get that same screen over and over and can not get back on the actual app!! I had 16 items in my cart and was ready to make a large purchase for Christmas when this happened, and I can't even finish checking out, and the sale ends in 2 days!! Ugh, I've had it!!!

I usually love Sallys, but my experience online has been absolutely horrible! The first time I tried to order, four days after it had already been processed, someone on their end canceled it with no warning, and when I tried to get ahold of customer service, I couldn't even talk to someone because the system hung up on me repeatedly. The second time I ordered i was notified that only one of the items would be shipped to me, 4 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I was really excited about the fact that Sally now offers same day delivery, however when trying to order via this app I have experienced nothing but disappointment so far! When you add things to your cart for delivery, it takes a full min to actually add the item! And then you get excited to see that the product you want is in stock, just to be disappointed when you go to checkout and all of a sudden it's not! My reason for two stars is b/c virtual try-on feature is one of the best I've seen!
