Was a decent app, but all my antivirus software is flagging it as malicious lately.

The counts are not calibrated. The 2 and 6 are off by 1 count. The 2 and the 6 are supposed to hit on

Best app for salsa rhythm practice! I'd buy a similar one for bachata.

This app doesn't work on the latest pixel 9 pro on Android 15. I literally can't press play or control anything. Please fix

online there's a Merengue Option but on the App there is No Merengue option. I am very disappointed and probably gonna get a refund.

Super useful for practice sessions where a "real" song would add a extra complexity to learning.

Missing visualization for beat count which is available by default in the Browser - this is very disappointing as the feature is super useful. Otherweise a good assistance to memoize common patterns for common salsa instruments 👍

Great tool for teaching and learning about the basic elements of salsa music! I use it when practicing and teaching drills, and teaching musical awareness.

coming from the iPhone version... the layout of the android version needs a big update. Please consider giving the android version a big makeover in visuals and audio. thanks. other than that, it's a great practice tool

Good app but I consider desktop version to be more convinient to use. Changing bpm and seeing every beat in one of eight circles seems much cooler to me in the desktop version.

excellent app to isolate the salsa instruments and understand their relation in timing. took 1 star off as the audio quality is low, otherwise id give it a 5. :) now, would you guys have a similar Bachata Rhythm app???

The top control panel is not visible, so I can't play the music. Wrote to support and appears that the email doesn't exists

Great idea, appalling music quality. Saw this app recommended somewhere, thought it worth the money, and while it's easy to use, and essentially a good idea, I find the AWFUL quality of the music it generates as barely listenable.

Sound is not great but here you can choose rhythm, instrument layering and tempo. More sophisticated than most canned 'latin' music. Excellent interface. Great for practicing musicians. Knows ggc from son or 12/8 rhythms.

It generates salsa rhythms as advertised, which is great for dance practice. The only flaw is that the sound is low-quality MIDI. There are many instruments, but some are unlistenably bad. With better sounds, this app would be perfect.

I bought this app mainly to help me learn to pick out the 3-2 and 2-3 son clave and rumba clave rhythms in salsa music and the design of this app makes it easy to do ear training for that. The interface is easy to understand and I picked it up very quickly and I'm finding it very effective.

App enables muting single instruments, changing rhythm, controlling tempo and key. However the quality of the bass and piano is poor, sometimes it buzzes (I've checked it even on the good headphones, the same). I also would prefer to switch between whole songs instead of selecting different tracks per single instrument and hoping it will fit.

Great for learning timing but crazy data mining app. Several of my AV apps found it as data miner with PUP/spyware and constantly sending information and running in the background. I got tired of blocking that and getting notifications chronically from my AV program(s) that this was constantly flooding my phone with PUP. Just use the online version.
