Easy and efficient app to navigate around your chart. Large, color-coded options help you navigate through the screens. I love that I can cancel or update information before appointments. This is so well set up!

This app is convenient for talking with my Healthcare team. My only complaint is any time I try to sign in with biometrics, the app closes and I have to sign in a second time. After it restarts, it seems to work without issue. Just a hassle to have to sign in twice every time.

Me and my wife are a busy couple. Long story short, our Jobs are the only schedules we're able to keep. With this app, we are able to communicate with our Dr's and staff when we have time, along with being able to simply request refills on our meds right through the app. It's a win win for both us, and the Dr's team all the way around. It's better than I imagined.

It has been 5 months now since I deleted this app. I thought today I would download it again to see if things got fixed. I was frozen from the account and do not even want to bother. If I see a Dr during the couple times a year, they still send me letters to let me know if I came down with AIDS, Herpes or Android stress related issues. They don't have to pay the full 58¢.

Update: The issue with the app was fixed and now it works property for now. Used to enjoy this app, now it won't even open on my phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking for updates, restarting my phone after installation but nothing will allow me to open the app. Only way I can look at my chart is through my browser which is very inconvenient when moist communication is done through the app when you sign up for it.

I an trying To set the permissions for always and there is no "always" permission available on the subscreens it takes me to. And that is preventing me from being automatically registered when I reach the medical center. thank you. Ps. Sept. 30th and. Still no reply from developers.....

Love this app! It's so handy for so many things. Make appointments, see most test results the same day, message your Physician/or his/her nurse when you have questions about a test or need refills on your medications. Confirm any upcoming appointment(s) you may have, or reschedule if needed. This app also allows you to read your past medical history which really helps in time of need... Should I continue 😊 it's GREAT!

Walk in wait time is nearly an hour, I have a very bad cough with dizziness so I cannot drive. I am trying to enter the queue ahead of time or schedule an appointment for the end of the day; but there is no option to enter the walk-in queue and the "accept" button to schedule an appointment is grayed out meaning I cannot request an appointment. I tried to use the App's tech support section; but my options are phone (no go with my severe cough) or email and potentially wait a business week.

So buggy at various points in app. Trying to get to various parts of my record results in "server" errors. Then sometimes I can't sign in on the app, but everything works perfectly on the MyChart website. Older versions were more stable and reliable.

Looks good, but suffers functionally. Trying to find a provider or contact them in app is at best frustrating and at worst crashes. I'm on an S22 Ultra, so it's not an ancient device either. Setting up an appointment with a specialist outside of my network doesn't seem possible. If I can't just schedule the appointment or shoot a message to that department without calling, what do I need the app for?

If you log on too many times it disables your account like that shouldn't be happening at all you should be able to log in as many times as you want but can't like y'all don't give us a way to stay logged in like y'all should be doing so if y'all could fix that for us it would be awesome please?! 🙏🙏

The app provides a to-do list for appointments and procedures but does not give you the option to check them off or remove them when completed. The billing portion does not update to accurately show how many outstanding bills you have and the app overall frequently cannot connect to the server.

I love this concept and the ease of communicating with my care team. I used the e-visit for the 1st time last Friday and how awesome that was! Got what I needed right before the weekend! Time &life saver. Altho I cldnt get the video part to wrk, the NP must of saw that an reached out to me 1st. That was a pleasant surprise not having to play phone tag. I recommend.

Scheduling nightmare - unless you are scheduling a regular appointment, information is non-existent. Overdue testing doesn't show up in alerts, unable to schedule some things on app, but doesn't tell you that. Good luck finding an actual non clinic phone number. Very confusing if using for anything out of the norm.

Sanford mychart sets the bar for medical account information, lab results, messages from , appointment reminders. I also can do telehealth visits. Unfortunately, I'm not able to do much of those things with other apps. That mychart also keeps track of lab work trends, alerts me if I had an abnormal lab as well as educates me what that particular test could mean. I use the app constantly and think it is an outstanding tool to better manage my health.

It doesn't list all the doctors, nor does it let me make an appointment or even an appointment request for doctors I actually need to see. The contact us email form doesn't work so I can't even ask other questions. And after hours makes things even more difficult even though I know I won't get an answer, but need to send something because I know I'll forget during actual hours. I hate that this app is being pushed So hard, yet does very little. Yes, seeing test results is nice, but...

Easy to use. I like having accessto my health information 25/7. Checking into appointments with the app, saves a lot of time at check-in.

It will barely load anymore. If I do manage to get in, it won't let me into my messages. I get them from my dr, but can never read them. Very frustrating app. I even deleted and re-downloaded the app and that didn't help. I really can't do anything anymore. It's become pretty useless.

I quit using the app because it wouldnt let me log in. I would have to change my password everytime. I have no issues on the website though. That's the reason for 1 star gone. The other is I now recieve spam messages in mychart, thats ridiculous. The rest of mychart is flawless. I wish I could have have given it a higher rating, maybe when the spamming stops I can jump it back up to 4/5.
