can't even use the app. uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. each time to only be met with a "authentication error"

Can't get past the "create account" when using Google. I receive an error saying cannot authenticate & there are no other options when creating an account.

poorly designed app. continue button too close to the bottom can't continue unless you share with friends . deleting waste of time

SCAM!!! they don't tell you this is American only until after you pay the subscription fee. then they also won't refund you either. if youre not from the states you cannot finish setting up the account but they make you pay before you set anything up.

Can't even login. Says there's an authentication error, even after clearing data and trying again numerous times.

You have to pay to use & its not worth it when it redirects you to every website & alot of misinformation how your eligible for a settlement & it has requirements to be in a certain state I just want my money back

This is for US residents only. How I found this out was that after I made payment, it asked where it could send my future refunds to ( US address only and no PO boxes allowed ). Now I have to see if I get a refund.

On the App Store Page, No where it disclose that you have to pay on it. Very deceitful. and As I'm reading the reviews clearly It's not about Ppl not ready to pay, it's the fact that ITS NOT DISCLOSE.

I installed this on my Samsung from the Google Play store. First time opening I was immediately prompted to update because there is a newer version available. I clicked update and was taken to the Apple app store website. Again, I am on a Samsung device and downloaded this app from the Google Play store, the Apple app store is going to do absolutely nothing for me. There is no option to update in the Google Play store. 0 Stars

i bought the app hoping it would be as interesting as they make it seem on TikTok. i bought the yearly plan but when i tried to go on the app today it basically logged me out and i have to buy the plan all over again. what is the point of buying a yearly plan when you cant use the app for the whole year? i will be disputing the charger with my bank. cool app but DO NOT RECOMMEND!

At this moment, I'm not sure exactly what this is about. Within the past few years, I have mostly ordered things from Temu. There have been a few times I've paid for items and either the item was not included in the package, they were not the correct size, or lipstick and other items arrived a completely different color altogether. I have since stopped placing orders.

I cant use your app on my phone. When it says "get started" it's at bottom of screen where my go back and other buttons are. So I can't access it. And your email address is invalid

"in app purchases" means you get teased then can't use the app without a subscription. I'd love to give a higher rating but I basically didn't get to use the app and I'm not interested in paying a subscription for something that may or may not even work.

First off they charge you before you even find out that the settlements they find for "you" are not really for you, then every settlement you click on that they find just brings you to an outside company and you have to end up filling all that information in ANYWAY, so in no way is this worth it. I cant even find a refund button. I seriously want my money back, it's crazy half the settlements you guys recommend are not EVEN FOR MY STATE?!?! WTH you need to do better in explaining what YOU DO!!!!

not worth it. over priced and no option to cancel subscription or request a refund within the app. customer service stops trying to help when you want to cancel services and just tells you to do so thru the app... where there is no option within the app except to contact customer service.

it makes you pay /sign up only to find out after you do that it's not available on Canada. US ADDRESSES ONLY. it should ask country before having you sign up for a subscription. update: via Google play - I canceled membership and got a reimbursement within 24 hours. I felt they handled this well. I do still suggest asking for addresses before requesting ppl to sign up.

SCAM ALERT! They make you sign up, now it's permanently unavailable to log in but they don't have any problem continuing to charge my card. I can't even log in to unsubscribe to the service which seemed like a legit service. It is definitely not.

I am able to find settlements that I qualify for, but I'm not giving 5 stars because I wish there was a way to mark or remove settlements I don't qualify for. I've got to sort through them every time I look for new settlements. please add a feature where I can X or cross off settlements I've reviewed, but don't qualify for. That would help so much.

really predatory to tell us how much money we missed out on, RIGHT before asking for us to pay for a subscription they're not open about requiring. as far as I can tell, there are absolutely NO free features to help you figure out whether or not a subscription is even going to be right for you.

This app is a scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. Couldn't finish signing up without subscribing and getting charged, so I did, only to find out it doesn't work in Canada (although I had seen a video where someone said it did). Tried to contact customer service to get my money back. Never got a response. I see someone else said the same thing in another review and the company replied to that person saying it's not available in Canada. No offer for a refund. Shame on you. Scammers.
